There was a lady , today in the front she took my order yesterday and today , very nice I had seen her a few times , she had already memorized my order and preferences, that right there is UNTOLD but still GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 💗. Whenever I am working in Downey I stop at this WABA grill to get the lunch special. The lunch special includes a small chicken bowl, drink, and a side. The Cashier recommended the shrimp taco for the side and I am so glad he did. It is so good. I asked what sauce they put on the shrimp taco that is so good, and he said it was boom boom sauce. Now I ask for a side of boom boom sauce so I can put it on my bowls.

Well I came in and ordered the plates with beef I always get this today I was surprised to find out that half my plate was fill with vegetables and not much rice I don’t usually have a problem for I have always been coming to this location for years but I don’t know what happened is there a change in the recipe idk

I visited this establishment to enjoy a beef bowl. They didn't have any condiments out, I visited at approximately 9pm they had already put everything away, even though they close at 11pm. The lady preparing the bowl had two orders to make before mine. I noticed she eyed the amount of beef it would take to fill the 3 orders. It was obvious to me that she had not prepared enough. My bowl being the last one she made I received the smallest portion of beef I have ever seen. Will not be returning to this location.

Not a person post a negative review but this could have made me have poisoning. The food was undercooked and the veggies looked expired. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here or any Waba. This has happen to me in the Tweedy and Otis location as well.
