Ordered the Spicy chicken sand-which and jr bacon burger. Both were good. I would really recommend. Both sauces were good. The scorching sauce goes well with the spicy chicken along with a drop of the signature sauce. I would definitely again.

This place was one of my go to wendy spots around my local area, the food is good but the service isn't. I will no longer go to this wendy's because they have HORRIBLE customer service, they don't care to assist you at all if you are ordering up front, and their online machines that are supposed to take orders always lack and shut down when finishing your order. The attitude is very very unprofessional and upsetting. If you want to get stares while trying to work your order on the machine with no assistance then this is your spot! Please take consideration into these reviews because this place needs changing, especially the workers!

Check your order before leaving. I gave my 4 year old SPICY nuggets. I specifically asked for regular nuggets and they gave me spicy. SMH. Also, Everytime I ask for BBQ and ghost pepper sauce, they only give me BBQ. Then they look bothered when I let them know I didnt get ghost pepper sauce. Why would they ask what sauce I want if they're going to give me whatever they want.
They have gotten my orders wrong maybe once but the customer service sucks they are rude. Until you match their energy then they treat you ok. The manager is one of the people who has a resting b face but she’s sweet once you interact with her. Food is really good always.

Placed a mobile order and noticed that they didn’t include everything. I called the store to let them know if I could have my order remade, and after a minute or so, I was told to give them 10-15 minutes to make it fresh since breakfast had closed. Very satisfied that I wasn’t given attitude or blown off for the error. Thanks for making it right!
