Placed a mobile order and noticed that they didn’t include everything. I called the store to let them know if I could have my order remade, and after a minute or so, I was told to give them 10-15 minutes to make it fresh since breakfast had closed. Very satisfied that I wasn’t given attitude or blown off for the error. Thanks for making it right!

While on the phone with my husband. He went through the drive thru and while waiting to get his card back the lady charging his card, RosaLuna kept passing it multiple times through the machine and supposedly it was declining. She ended up telling my husband “I can’t give you your food because the card isn’t going through” he asked for corporates number and she said oh I’ll tell you what it is instead of giving him a business card. He told her every time she passed it, she would cancel the card and pass it, he watched her do it multiple times and she had nothing to say other then “I can’t give you your food”. When he checked his statements he was charged 4 times. That lady was very unprofessional and wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing! Very unprofessional and she should be written up/terminated for doing such nonsense!

Their is never a long line and they still can't get it right! And they make me reverse for their timer with no one in line, this place sucks so bad please close it! The girls there are always in a hurry and never get the orders right or the drinks nails super long doesn't look professional at a fast food it's more like unsanitary. The food is cold and greased up
