Chewy, doughy, cheesy, and topped with hot Cheetos and jalepenos, what more could you want? Wetzside pretzels in South Gate has $10 delcious loaded pretzel bites that are great to snack on and to share. If you want something even cheesier, get their mozzarella sticks that come out hot and fresh and super stringy. The pull is just so satisfying. My favorite item is their pizza roll topped with butter, Parmesan and ranch. I love the salty pepperoni And yes the cheese also hits. I was excited when Wetzelâs Pretzels opened and couldnât wait to try it. The first few visits were just okayâdecent taste, but overpriced. Then I had one fresh out of the oven, and it was amazingâtotally worth it. Sadly, every visit since has been a letdown: cold, stale pretzels for nearly $10. If the quality doesnât become more consistent, I donât see this location lasting. I can get a hot pretzel at the mallâwhy not here?

My friend and I were so excited to see that a Wetzelâs pretzel had a store front not in the mall. We were disappointed first by the customer service, both employees were super young and rude. Secondly they donât serve fresh pretzels, you can tell they were sitting all day and were hard. Very disappointed.

Ordered the Smores pretzel bitz and it came with chocolate drizzle but they didn't melt the mini marshmallows which honestly killed the potential of it. Very mid and not that good.
