So far, this is the best location where they make the wings good I’m just disappointed because I get the 20 meal deal and this is the second time that I get less than 20 wings😢

I ate here twice the first time it was good nothing wrong . But when I placed an online order pick up yesterday I could say I’m very disappointed more than half of my wings were hard when I bit into them which sucked I threw everything away made me loose my appetite never coming back to this location again . The guy at the front desk was very nice though . I should have went back for a refund instead of throwing out my wings .

My fries are disgusting they have 0 flavor to them honestly if I wanted to eat McDonald’s fries I would’ve went to McDonald’s and ordered some fries worst fries I’ve ever had I’ve been coming here for YEARS never once had a complain until now do better and stop being lazy about the damn fries their disgusting now

I ordered a draft beer and when they handed me the beer i instantly got second hand embarrassment!! I was embarrassed receiving the beer. It was the tiniest beer I've ever held in my hand!!! I was embarrassed for Wingstop, they actually dont see anything wrong with serving a plastic tiny cup for beer!! What an outrage!! I just wanted to enjoy a couple beer after a long week at work and that experience was a slap to the face!! Thanks for ruining my Friday !!

I remember going to this Wingstop after school either by myself or with a friend or with my brother. Every time I went, the cashiers weren’t grumpy or had an attitude; the service was great each time. The food overall is delicious; it always is, but sometimes they forget to give you your exact order, but doesn’t all fast food or any restaurants do that here and there? It’s really not that hard to ask for something. Someone gave this place one star because they didn’t get their ranch… That’s not a valid reason for one star. I give it 5 stars, and I do recommend it for people to come here.

I’ve been coming to this particular location. I just like the way Ricardo prepares my food and attends us every time we come. I just want to give a five star Wingstop location, hot fresh and ready to go. I truly recommend this location in Southgate. There’s always a lot of parking and the place is clean and beautiful.
