Loved it, nice place, good ice cream and wonderful service!

Closing hours say 10pm. No mention anywhere about closing early. It is 825pm. I see people mopping inside and they told me they were closed. Weird time to close. Update:
855pm still wiping down windows. It's a food court so I went somewhere else and noticed this.

Jasmine was insanely rude and gave attitude to us for no reason and continued to argue with PAYING customers over her behavior, refused to give us her higher ups number while sitting there and accusing us of making a mess when we JUST got there and hadn’t even been to the toppings station.
terrible customer service and will not be returning to this establishment which clearly is run by entitled little teenagers.

I called three different locations before I finally found one that had gift cards available in store! I was assisted by Vanessa and Belen who could not have been anymore helpful. I purchased 11 cards in various amounts and they tag teamed the sale, not just to help me , but I’m sure to make sure that others got service quickly. The store was also very clean and shockingly, all the flavors were dispensing!

They were like 45 mins -1 hour away from closing but slowly pulling back machines and closing them ? the guy in the back literally pulled the machine back while I was using it, and put it back with a closed sign on it ?? lmao there were like 4 flavors left, the most unpopular flavors too
