Asked for a cold drink recommendation she had no idea how to give a drink recommendation ffs. I’m reading the menu and she says thats not available. I just settle for a damned iced hazelnut coffee and ngl seems she might have used spoiled milk for my drink.

I absolutely love Yum Yum Donuts just like I love Winchell's because they're the same company they always have the best deals prices for their donuts and their coffee is excellent though I can't drink coffee anymore so I'll just have to stick to other things like milk and tea. The employees are always nice and friendly with a smile courteous and professional thank you. Happy new year.

2 women are the ones who serve in the mornings, they are grotesque with the clients who are poorly served when they ask for prepared food like bagels and when one makes them see their bad service they get upset and say that this is how one of them is served in that place Her name is Joana and she is a very bad employee. The owners should put up a complaint and suggestion box and be more alert about their businesses since their employees do not care about the prosperity of their businesses. I am a regular customer at all their branches and this location favors me because of my daily life and location. But I stopped going because of the treatment, quality and cleanliness of these 2 workers

Good Food and Nice Staff. I stopped for a donut in the morning on the way to an appointment. It was fresh and tasty, so I stopped again for lunch when I was done and had a hot chicken breast sandwich with avocado on an everything bagel. It was just as good. Diverse menu and fast friendly service.

I was hungry, I went to McDonald's for breakfast, I passed by this place and decided to arrive, I ordered a ham end cheese, a donut and a coffee. After spending my money in this place, I stopped to ask for some jalapenos. I asked them. They stood looking among the workers. and one of them told me yes we have it but it costs you 2 dollars I told her seriously and one of them answered me if nothing is given here it is but the owner should be more careful with his workers because they have a very bad attitude
