I went to pick up an order I placed by cell phone and the burgers were good. However, the soda that was included was very reduced to the point of losing flavor and carbonation. I'm leaving this place disappointed

The food is very good, really fresh. I love their thousand island there's not a single time that I go and that it disappoints me. I'm always happy and enjoying my food. Hopefully, they sometime open up to dine in because drive thru sometimes gets messy.

Today I came to eat with my uncle and this restaurant failed me, I felt discriminated against. While the first time they gave my uncle the dish he asked for, the first time they gave me a quesadilla and I didn't order that, then they skipped me, they gave his order to other people when I already had time, the second time they brought me a hamburger with bacon and I didn't order that one either as I was hungry I agreed to eat it, but the lady told me no then it's not yours and she came back with the hamburger in the end she was going to cancel why it took too long again to bring me my hamburger, when she brought me my hamburger it was incorrect, he brought me the bacon one again and since I was in too much of a hurry I had to eat it, I attached evidence of my ticket if you have the opportunity don't really go

Miss this location so much as I used to live near here for years until 2022 and the memories I have of eating Zogos really makes me wish I could eat there at least more times even from the distance as nowhere else to where I’m currently at compares to this place. 🙌🏻 I’m extremely grateful for zogos being in business for years and I hope for when I go visit my hometown in SG, this is the one place imma stop at for lunch 🙌🏻🥹😋

I have been coming here since 2010 and they never disappoint. The bacon hamburger special is always on point and just delicious ?. The chili cheese fries I recommend 1000%. The customer service is respectful and nice ?. The owner is just awesome lots of love and respect for her ❤️?. Thanks to this spot I understood what it meant to taste a nice fresh warm American burger.
