I have been enjoying Baskin-Robbins for many years since I was very young I can remember my parents take myself and my two brothers enjoying a scoop of ice cream that's bring good memories in my childhood. My wife loves Baskin-Robbins also especially so many flavors to pick and flavor of the month. Every time we go out we always go to a Baskin-Robbins.

Really kind employees-- they went above and beyond to make sure we were seen to.
My husband went in with a coupon of buy one Sundae get one Sundae for 99 cents. On the coupon it specifically says what can be redeemed. Going in the Caucasian staff told my husband that it's buy one Sundae get one scoop for 99 cents. Uhm?? Excuse me but it specifically says what the coupon is for. She didn't end up honoring it. Was rude as well...acted like she didn't want to make the sundae.
