I had a disappointing experience at Blaze Pizza. My wife placed an order for two pizzas through the app, and I went to pick them up. When I arrived, the staff handed me just one pizza. After stepping outside, I noticed the name on the label was incorrect, so I immediately returned to the counter to clarify.

Instead of apologizing for the confusion, the staff member removed the label from the second pizza and handed it to me—but then blamed me for not pronouncing the name correctly. This response felt unprofessional and dismissive. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake and a polite apology would have gone a long way.

Food is horribly average, a small drink costs like 4 bucks and they really have the audacity to try and charge 87 cents for a ranch when a meal and a small drink already costs 20 bucks.

Hello good night to the person in charge, I arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 because the truth was, I wanted to taste the cinnamon bread, to which a boy received me and asked me if I was going to order, to which I told him that if I like him he was cleaning, I told him to go with the girl who was on the counter, to which I told him that it was what I wanted to order and he told me that I could not do it because they were already closing and had already taken the product back.

I am not against staff cleaning or removing utensils, but if the time they close is at 10 o'clock, they should know that more than one customer may have carried for some product they want to consume (I don't know how much the dessert would delay, but it was 15 minutes apart and the oven was still on, the only thing they didn't want to do, either for service or kindness, was to go bring the product).

Thank you Heidi ☺️ I'm left with the craving for dessert.

Manager or person at POS had some attitude! they also mentioned the sauce on the side should charge extra and this time gave it free!
Quality was not that good... Otherwise Blaze is 4-5 star overall.

Dietary restrictions: Be very attentive even after you tell them that you have allergies, because the employees don't always communicate that to each other.
