I recommend passing up on this location. Service from manager and supervisor was extremely rude and not helpful. They both looked like they didn't enjoy their job. I recommend that Blaze Pizza hire some mystery shoppers for this location to help improve quality of service and friendliness.

Finally used my coupon for an 11 inch fully loaded pizza. This location is very nice, super clean and a place to sit and enjoy your pizza. They have great menu options and fresh ingredients, pizza well cut and nice and warm right off the blazing fire oven. I'd like to say I love this place but I have gone there not once, but twice in a year and have attempted to use my Android phone to get my points. Each time I am shut down not one but both computers at the register causing a long line. Apparently the proprietor of this establishment knows about this already and even the employees say it's the system. But I would love for them to refrain from saying I did this or I did that. The fact of the matter is when someone holds up a phone to a scanner, you wait until it beeps. I was even so paranoid the other day when doing this because she didn't know this is already happened to me, but I called the cash registers attention and said hey I haven't heard a beep yet, I'm afraid to pull my phone away and right away the person said "well your scanned it twice."Okay that's no way to treat a customer. And by her own admittance as well as the managers, who both of them are watching the line build up behind me and for that matter embarrassing me, they kind of knew about this problem. I'm almost afraid to go to this facility at this point or to at least get my own points. Furthermore when you make someone wait 25 minutes and cause people to wait longer in line you should probably give them their pizza for free. As it was I couldn't even get a receipt, because both their cash registers were jammed for something as simple as scanning.Oh give me a break, the owner knows about this already. But for goodness sake, if you're going to never fix this problem, please train your employees not to tell anyone they "scanned twice". No one is scanning twice. Your system is faulty. I mean, can you imagine the system that gets so jammed up it shuts down your own business as well as all the customers? And you don't fix it? For over a year now? It's not like the employees didn't know about this. When I asked them if they mind if I scanned for points you could see the looks in their eyes. I was watching them. I don't know how it works in Pasadena, but where I come from, no one has time for this.

After I pick up my wife from work we headed to Blaze Pizza to get dinner and dine in the restaurant. We have been to a Blaze Pizza before it's been a long time we can't remember what we order. We decided to come this Blaze Pizza in South Pasadena close to my wife job. We step in the restaurant the interior look very nice but cool.then we look at the menu display and see what to order. We decided to order the BBQ chicken pizza with a side salad and their new items meatballs come in three and we order a cheese bread and dessert s'more.This Blaze Pizza gets really busy with orders to go and people come in to order the pizza to go or dine in. They call our name we pick up the pizza and open the box the pizza smell fantastic with aroma of fresh pizza coming out of the oven. We took a bite the pizza explore in your mouth with flavors like the BBQ sauce,the chicken,banana peppers we enjoy the pizza very much. Then try the meatball they werecvery good very tender and sauce was excellent good with the right amount of spices that this sauce good with addition of banana pepper it good taste.Then we use the pizza crust to dip in the meatball sauce it was so good also use our cheese bead amazing good. The side salad was very good. The S'more was good. We need to come back again to try a different pizza.

The crust is always saggy, even though we ask for well done. We always have to put the pizza in our oven on a pizza stone to make it edible!

Blaze was a great joint when it first came to pass. As time has passed, the quality has gone down, no consistency in the amount of items you can place onto your pizza. It's just whatever the workers want to do. Which is what I want, since it's a build your own and I'm going to eat it. Pricing is decent but they are better pizza joints in the same location that are way better. Try tomato pie if you're wanting this place instead.

Rude, incompetent, and incredibly poor customer service. I ordered 2 pies, a simple and a high rise. The simple was made and rushed to the oven before the high rise dough was even made. Which means the pizzas will be done at 2 different times. I was not asked about the simple pie at all which I wanted with extra sauce, and no parm. I told them to remake it. Got attitude for it. No apologies, just attitude all the way down the line. The simple pie was ready and I had to wait another 5 minutes for the high rise. Hey Blaze, when a customer orders multiple pies, make them in sequence so the customer doesn't have to wait and gets one hot and one cold pie. The least friendly and inept staff I have encountered. It's a shame too, because I really like blaze pizza. But I will not be going back to this location.

Ordered a high rise 2 toppings, the back side was burned into charcoal. Can't eat. Quality is not consistent, pay $14.77 for a charred pizza is not good, won't go back any more.
