Lovely little sushi spot in beautiful downtown South Pasadena. Sushi was fresh and delicious, Tako Wasabi was stand out! Only a few tables in there, we had a reservation for a Wednesday night but did not seem to need one. Will certainly be coming back in and getting take out.
This place is an amazing sushi restaurant the music was lively and the Old man was so sweet. I ordered the catapiler roll and the Philadelphia roll. The atmosphere was great it smelled like the ocean. The seats were comfortable. This is a great place to come after swim practice. If the owner is reading this I want to say thank you for the food. It was delicious.
My wife and I have been coming here for years and only recently we decided to hop on the Metro and bring our daughters (1.5 and 4.5 y.o.); this place is an amazing small spot and quite possibly the best South Pasadena sushi spot.The staff is really nice and there is just something about the chef that makes you like him. They have always been attentive and good with us.For those who complain about portions, this is definitely not “all you can eat” so don’t expect it because...
