If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never felt more compelled to warn people away from a place than I do with this bar.
My girlfriend and I came in expecting a good time. Instead, she was met with blatant disrespect from the staff—unprovoked, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Whether it was a tone, a comment, or the way she was treated compared to others, the message was clear: she wasn’t welcome, and they made no effort to hide it.
I don’t care how “cool” the vibe is or how trendy they think they are. No atmosphere is worth tolerating that kind of behavior. It takes zero effort to treat people with basic decency, and somehow this place still failed.
Management should be ashamed. If this is how they let their staff represent them, then they’re complicit. Don’t waste your money or your dignity here—go somewhere that respects every person who walks through the door.

I love coming here for their wings and a Guinness. But their hours are truly horrible and sometimes they aren’t open at all even though their hours say otherwise. I rarely suggest it anymore because they aren’t reliably open. I’ve lived nearby for 4 years and walk by it at least once a day and it’s open less and less.

Love Griffin's!!!! The family and employees are so freaking sweet and it's always a good time. I always make new friends and run into old ones...sometimes I have a lil too much fun, but they always welcome me back. It's a good time, and one of the only bars in South Pasadena open late.
