They make a lovely latte. All of their stuff is good! The vibe indoors is very pleasant, and I basically always see people sitting outdoors during the day, enjoying the ambience of a quiet corner of SoPas right across the street from the library. Kaldi's a classic, for sure.
I come here all the time to get my work done and it hasn’t failed me yet! I am obsessed with the cozy atmosphere, it literally looks like a coffee shop out of a Nancy Meyers movie. The coffee is great and made quickly and the staff seem to love working here- I see them hanging out even when they’re not working which in my opinion is a sign of a great coffee shop with great managers. I often come here on a Saturday or Sunday morning to get a coffee and go for a walk. The food and coffee are good quality and reasonably priced. The shop is in an old school corner store type of location, and I'm a fan of the retro.
