I received my cookies in the mail and the cookies were crumbled and broken. When I called Kelley’s Kookies and spoke to a customer service representative, she was very accommodating and sent me another order. This was not the fault of Kelley’s Kookies, but they took responsibility. My customer experience was excellent!!!!!
Bought their shortbread and melting moments cookies on a whim and couldn’t believe how delicious these treats are!! Warning: seriously addictive! Hide these from your family members!
oh myyyyy goodness! I was lucky enough to get a free sample of kookies and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed these, especially the shortbread. the chocolate dipped macadamia nut is wonderful and I liked the Neapolitan delight but I need more of the shortbread in my life!😋😋😋
