I had an absolutely disgusting experience at this KFC. I walked in and stood at the counter waiting while the female employee behind the counter either ignored me or didn’t notice me. She was eating her lunch behind the counter, which was already unprofessional. Before helping me, I saw her picking her nose, and her hands were visibly greasy.I ordered a small mac and cheese, assuming she would at least wash her hands or put on gloves, but instead she immediately started handling my food as if nothing was wrong. At that point, I told her never mind and walked out. There was a homeless man asleep inside the area. I genuinely don’t understand how this so-called restaurant is allowed to operate under these conditions. This is absolutely disgusting and shows a complete lack of hygiene and management. Food places like these should not be open to serve to the public .

The employes gave us free drinks, and didnt need my tip. For that reason I give this Kfc restraunt 5 stars.

My experience Awful 😖!!
Took more than ten min for the cashier to get to me. He was putting an order together without gloves and A BANDAID coming of the middle of his ind3x finger. Then the gross part was that he went to take the order (still without gloves) and customers paying WITH CASH!! He took money mind you NO GLOVES still and went back to put the orders (food) together. 🤢 🤕

10/10 Best KFC spot, I've been coming for more then 10 years, people at this location are great. Always top tier KFC compared to other KFC stores. 19 times out of 20 food is server on time or earlier shown on the app's timer. Any mistake made is taken care of very fast and the workers are always very nice about it. Love this spot and all the people there

I went in to order. The lady was sitting on a chair clicking away on a tablet, chatting with a fellow behind the kitchen counter. I just stood there for ~ 5 minutes. I was not acknowledged. Once in a while she'd look up in my direction but went back to the tablet. Then another customer arrived, and we both watch her in her tablet about 2 more minutes and then the other customer got her attention. She came over and got my order. Do I really need to ASK her to take my order or what does she think I'm doing there in the first place? I am not coming back.

Cashier didnt ask if we were ready to order, forgot that certain items were on the menu and didnt have a good attitude. Maybe it was just this cashier or they were having a bad day

Rude employee 4/29/25 taking orders. Price of Tuesday special $10 but was charging more than $10. Employee said its $10 if you order online. There was nothing on the poster or in the TV. Biscuits were placed under the box of chicken.

Tried the chicken pot pie for the first time. Was shocked to find it not only cooked to perfection, (golden brown flaky crust, moist, not dry at all and an abundance of chicken in every bite) but also surprisingly absolutely delicious! If you haven't had one before, highly recommended!

I love the food here. I went there two day ago. I odered 16 pieces crispy chicken and ten biscuits. But the worker only gave me 2 honey BBQ sauce packets and 5 packets of hot sauce. Then I asked him to gave me more honey packets and sauce. He took a look at his co-worker and sneered. I felt like he donated for me . Then he gave me 5 honey packets. My daughter loves to eat biscuits with KFC'honey. But we don't have enough honey packets for ten biscuits and packets sauce for 16 crispy chickens . I think KFC need training more professional for the worker to make customers feel great when they come.

Place is dirty. Service barely excises, took 25 minutes for someone to finally start taking orders. When I finally got my food, I had an item missing. Avoid this place if you don’t want to loose your appetite.

One of the slowest services I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I do not blame the staff but I do blame the person who manages this location for not having adequate staff to run this location. How is it that you only have two employees during the lunch time rush hours? I've been coming here for the last week and it has been a headache to wait almost 10 minutes to get somebody to help me out at the register. This is not fair for your customers nor is it fair for the understaffed location that you are running.
