My family and I came out to California for a few days of vacation and just to unwind. Whenever and wherever we travel, we like to find the local restaurants & shops. My attitude is very simple: if you want to go to a chain restaurant, then do it in your home town. If you want to try local food, go to small places like this one. As we came in, we saw a nice, comfortable atmosphere with nice pictures and plenty of seating. The menu was surprisingly well rounded and inexpensive. Between the appetizers, salads, pizza options, and pasta choices, I was impressed. We ordered a personal pizza, chicken parmesan, Lemon Chicken Picotte, and manicotti. All was fresh, piping hot and tasted great. Their portions are plentiful and will definitely fill you up. If you're looking for good food, a good atmosphere, and awesome customer service, then you definitely don't want to miss this place.

Best pizza place in the area and it's not even close. As a former east coaster it was so tough to find good pizza in California but this is an awesome neighborhood spot. The Mama's brick oven special and the Roma are my go to options. Nice open space to sit and eat as well with plenty of beer options and TVs.

Pizza is good but not exceptional. Maybe It's because I prefer a thick crust. The drinks are awesome. My favorite is the Expresso Mama's martini, lot's of choices of drinks,reminds me of Vegas.

We ordered take out pizza delivery Wonderful and delicious I'm not a big pizza person so it's a big deal for me to say it's tasty Came in a sealed plastic plastic bag so I felt safe that it wasn't opened or touched before it arrived. I did not even know that was Possibly but now that I do I never want to get a delivery without a sealed Package again!

Perfect food. I love the family special with a pizza and 2 pastas and a salad. My favorite pizza is the margarita, but one of my family members like the meat lovers pizza, another family member likes their chicken marsala. They deliver.

This is the second time my family came here and it will, unfortunately, be our last. The first time we came, my son, who is very allergic to dairy and eggs and most nuts reacted from this place (we usually order vegan pizza for him and he probably had fries). Not enough where he got sick but he didn't feel well. Tonight we decided to give it a try again. I asked so many questions before ordering. I asked about what kind of vegan cheese they use since some places use vegan cheese that contain cashews. The person taking my order kept asking if that's all I wanted to order and I explained that i would order more food once I knew what the ingredients were on the vegan cheese (no one was behind us and if he was so impatient, he could have helped the process along). They use follow your heart cheese which is safe for my child. I checked about the pizza dough. They confirmed the regular pizza dough didn't contain dairy nor eggs. We ordered a personal pan vegan cheese pizza with pepperoni and side of garlic parm fries without the cheese. We also ordered chicken parm and salad for me and my husband who do not have allergies. Anyway long story short, my son only ate his vegan cheese with pepperoni pizza and the garlic fries with no cheese. 20 min later he was barfing in the bathroom. I went back to check if the pepperoni may have contained dairy or what could have caused it (we like knowing what triggered it so we have some knowledge of if we could come back and order something else one day or if we have to take it off our rotation). They said the only thing they could think of is that they use shared equipment and they fry mozzarella balls in the same fryer as the fries. That would have been great to know when I was ordering and saying my son had a dairy allergy. But also we just don't know. Maybe they used the same pizza cutter for regular pizza that they use in vegan pizza. Maybe the vegan cheese is next to the regular cheese and there was heavy cross contamination. Unfortunately there's no way to know what triggered his allergies aside from "cross contamination". This is something we know and can handle when we go to restaurants but it's also the reason we have to ask a thousand questions about allergens before ordering and most places take our questioning seriously. I just didn't feel like they truly understood food allergies. I was hopeful to try it out again thinking the first time was an anomalous day but after two times and same reaction I can no longer go there with my family and it's not good enough for me to go back on my own. They have a cool beer wall which I think draws in some people but I can get good beer and pizza at Town Pizza and my son never reacts there. They have an extensive menu so if you are going with a huge group with different eating styles it may appeal to you. I was hopeful because they had vegan offerings but unfortunately that doesn't always mean they separate all the ingredients.

Wow, wow, wow!!! THE BAKED ZITI!!! Where have you been all my life??! I was in the mood for some pasta & this was one of the highly recommended ones from yelpers & my coworkers always talked about baked ziti, so said now is the time to try. Blew my expectations...boom! My taste buds are doing a happy dance Highly recommend it. It does take awhile to prep so keep that in mind. I placed a phone order & they told me 30 minutes. But well worth the wait. It comes with about 3 garlic knots which are also tasty & this is enough for me, but if you know you can devour more, might want to get extra. Thanks Mamma's for making my night, I'll be back soon!

I've been ordering from Mamma's for years. I used to love this place but in the last year or so the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Literally 2 of the last 3 times I have ordered takeout my order has been completely wrong and the management barely cares. they messed up my order AGAIN tonight and the manager was such a little prig about it. He said he would send a delivery driver to bring the correct order. When he finally showed up he handed me the food then asked for the other order back. okay not a big deal but I feel that it's pretty tacky after you screwed up and inconvenienced the customer. When I called the manger and told him what I thought he got a snotty attitude and said the conversation was over. I want the owners to know they lost a long time customer tonight. There are too many great restaurants in the area to deal with this nonsense

phenomenal pizza, of course. fried mozzarella was beautiful, crunchy, nice and salty, probably the best ive ever had. the garlic knots were a bit strange, they had a particular taste and were just okay. the alfredo pasta unfortunately felt like an afterthought. the texture was fine, but the alfredo sauce was quite bland. otherwise, would 100% recommend this place
