Ono Hawaiian BBQ

they were filling tarter sauce on the front serving table marked 10/24 it was 11/5 today. When asked about it they responded saying they changed the date every time they do it.... so why is it dated before Halloween? Soda machine was out of soda water and when we let them know they looked at us like deer In headlights. We waited for 15 min for a mini meal turns out they never called out number and when asked if they were able to get soda water hooked up they blankly said no. Glad I don't live here cuz that sucked.

Terrible attitudes, the people there need to be fired and replaced with professional food serveres. Trash. No offense but stop leaving woman in charge, they all have bad attitudes.

Loving the food here. Been twice now and have been more than satisfied both times. The chicken options are delicious as is the kalua pork ? Macaroni salad is delicious..I love how it's not inundated with mayo. The sauces they offer are great. This definitely is one of my new go to places.

We’ve been here a few times and have always enjoyed our meals. This last time, Isabela took our order and went above and beyond. She made sure we had enough chicken in our take out and double checked that the chicken was well done enough for my pregnant friend. She even handed us a little baggy when she noticed we were about to walk out with an absurd amount of sauce cups. Give this woman a raise—she deserves it! (PS: we really don’t know Isabela, she was just really great!)

Not trying to be mean or anything, I’m just stating my experience from yesterday. I ordered my food to go and I got home and I started eating on my food. Some hours later my stomach started hurting like cramping and I kept going to the bathroom and this was happening all that day since I finished my food. The next day, I was still feeling the same, but now I’m shivering, have a small fever, And I’m throwing up. I believe I got food poisoning from the food. I feel a little bit better now, but my stomach is still like cramping, but I just wanna say be careful with the food there!

Not impressed. I asked how a Hawaiian food establishment didn't serve Loco Moco. The manager couldn't have cared less about my question. Won't be going back!

First time here .. tried the 6 PCs fried shrimp n 2 scoop macaroni salad.. It tasted very good.. workers were very friendly.. love that they have a self serve section for Refreshments, Teriyaki/Katsu sauce, and hot/soy sauce packets.. next I need to try their Masubi.
