I don't know what happened at this location. Hopefully, they were having a bad day and this is not an example of food quality. (I am a fan of Panda Express and have patronized locations in many different cities. But, this is my first experience at this location.)
Nothing wrong with the service here! But the food was terrible!!!!!! when I walked in, I noticed The food appeared as though it had been sitting there for an extremely long time. The super greens were discolored, with brown spots. (I thought they would cook up fresh greens for the order but they did not). The quality of the other items were of lesser quality than I've experienced at other locations.

Ordered beef and broccoli and teriyaki chicken. Beef was rubbery and inedible. Chicken seemed like it had been reheated several times over the week, also inedible. I’m not a picky eater but gag just thinking about it. Lo mein noodles were hard. Go to any other fast food place.

Stopped through this Panda on our way home and as I made my way in line I noticed that the string bean chicken I was hoping to get was running low. Instead of giving me a scoop of what was left in the bottom of the pan, they asked me if I wanted to wait for the new batch and offered me AND my husband a free drink while we waited. Top tier Panda!! And the food was fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥

We come here almost every Friday. It’s a South Pasadena Staple. The Staff is so nice. Because I’m a picky person my order took a little longer. The Manager was so sweet. She gave me a free drink i while I waited. That doesn’t happened to me anywhere. Must be tough being a manager there. Especially with some Karens that I see in there.

Hadn't been there in a while. I tried the new spicy orange chicken was very good. Half and half rice and noodles. Was tasty. Small restaurant. Line waiting to order. We were somewhat scrunched together because of small space. Prices for a combo have gone up just like everywhere else.

Fernando the assistant manager provided bad customer service
Food had no flavor. Came here for my cheat day & expected MSG & sodium, got none of damn just disappointment. Chicken teriyaki, noodles, fried rice & beef broccoli was so bland. I'm disappointed in people who keep this franchise alive

Oh man, we went here because we were craving Panda Express but there was a ginormous rat that was hanging out on the top of their sign! Honestly, we’ve been here before and it was pretty shocking because it’s pretty clean but that was disgusting so they need to get checked. 🤢🤢🤢
