Delicious desserts, drinks, and food at this smaller yet mighty location of Phoenix! The mixed fruit drink is still amazing and the best thing ever. We got spicy salt chicken wings, chow fun, beef noodle soup, green beans, and a spicy szechuan dumpling dish. All were great, my favorites were the chow fun and chicken wings.

I ordered delivery, so I have not rated for service/atmosphere, but I felt compelled to leave a review for my meal.
I ordered chicken fried rice - the chicken was among the very worst I've ever had at a Chinese food restaurant. It tasted like rubber; it barely tasted edible.
The fried rice was fine but no better than that.
Shocked at the high ratings for this place.

I ordered takeout thru uber and the food was great! We had the coconut mango rolls which are 10/10, very great and fresh flavor and bigger portion than I expected. Definitely recommend.
We also had the shrimp egg rolls which were nice and crispy and were loaded with delicious shrimp that was not overcooked. Will be ordering this again next time.
The young chow fried rice with Chinese sausage, eggs, and green onions did not disappoint. It was a nice big portion (it fed me, my boyfriend, and toddler). The only small downside is that is was a bit oily, but I recommend trying this dish.
The stir fry noodles with beef brisket had good flavor and plenty of meat. The meat tasted fresh and soft.
Lastly, the braised beef stew noodle soup was the greatest dish we got from here. The broth has a hint of ginger and comes with bokchoy and the beef which were cooked to perfection. It tasted very fresh and authentic. I definitely recommend this dish if it is your first time.

Love this place. Love the food. Come here as much as I can. Only thing that stops me from coming more often is that prices have gone up faster than my income.

I've been coming to Phoenix for at least the past 10 years for their desserts. Mochi, pudding and custard squares were super delicious. Unfortunately, the quality of the desserts have really gone down these past two years. I noticed about 2 years ago the mango pudding was now filled with air and more artificial. I still came back for the mango mochi and custard squares. Today, I went to get mango mochi and the mango filling went from a generous mango cube to a small mango cube and mango cream to fill the empty space. The mochi itself is not the same texture anymore and the flavor is just not that good. it's super disappointing the quality really declined but prices continue to increase. The custard squares are the only thing that's still like the original but it's probably only a matter of time... Also they have a new round durian mochi that is not good. Don't get it.

My friend and I visited the establishment around 1:30 pm on Saturday, and it was not busy at all (pleasantly surprised!) As we had already eaten lunch, we picked up desserts and ate them outside. There are a few tables outside if you prefer Al fresco. I have been to other locations but I like this one. The staff members were very friendly, and I will definitely come back when I am in the area.

I've come here on and off for the last 20-ish years and the one thing you can count on is consistency. The food has been reliably consistent over the years even with some menu changes. The prices have spiked considerably recently, but part of that is just the economy. Dishes like Hainan Chicken and Sliced BBQ Beef have been solid staples. Phoenix Food Boutique locations are known for their desserts as well, and they are good. They have puddings, mochi, custards, etc. from your typical fruit flavors, red bean, and green tea all the way out to durian and ube.
