This restaurant has gone downhill tremendously. If I could I would give them a negative 5 rating. They literally hire drug addicts. Every time I walked in their employees would have red-shot eyes and laugh at the customers walking in.The food portion/quality has gone down, but the prices have gone up. They don't take accountability for the shitty service that they provide - if you aren't Asian you aren't considered a valued customer/person. The owner has yet to call me to apologize for the actions that have taken place for his careless, racists senseless employees-- that itself should speak volume about the business in it's entirety.

When it comes to the combination of portion size and cost, PSB takes the crown. Unlike some other places I've tried, where you either pay a hefty sum for underwhelming fare or settle for a lower price with subpar quality, PSB offers an unbeatable balance.At PSB, there are no unnecessary frills. What you request is precisely what you receive, and the servings are generous. Nearly 95% of the time, you'll walk away more than satisfied. In all my visits, I've encountered only a solitary hiccup when the rice turned out clumpy.The convenience extends beyond the culinary experience. Finding a parking spot on the street has never been an issue for me. PSB may have limited indoor seating, but I've always preferred taking my delectable bowl to go.

So good I'm gonna have to store some for later (jk) but holy cow this by far the freshest and tastiest poke I've have in the entire area - bang for your buck is a huge understatement here the portions are?? and don't even get me started on the fried garlic? 10/10 gotta go again
great poke with really generous portions. my friend and i got the medium because we were expecting less generous NYC portions but it ended up being too much to eat since you can get crab salad and seaweed as toppings for free (extra of those costs a bit more)
Great poke but they really need to figure out how to deal with online orders. Making customers who come into the store wait while you build an online order for 5 is ridiculous. You have a giant line forming and you prioritize the online orders??? That’s not how you treat your customers... Half the time I have to wait at least 20 minutes.The simple solution would be to not allow online orders during peak hours.

Definitely not suitable for vegan/vegetarians that come with non-veg guests. I was charged for a small bowl (14.99) and extra toppings even though I didn't get any seafood. I did ask about substitutions but I don't believe the people behind the counter understood or cared to clarify. They just told me they would charge me for whatever I got (so a small bowl with extra toppings and seafood that I did not get). I would love to come back if they provided vegetarian options or charged their seafood separately.
