8/14/ 2025 The store is always clean. However, of the many times I have gone, the staff had no smile, no greetings, nothing.
Today, I opened the door for a female staff, she just stormed by without even acknowledging me... It seems they got the bad behaving bunch all gathered here...

I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks, but today I was refused access to the restroom by a cashier named Alex unless I bought something. His rude behavior was disappointing, and I’ve decided not to return. I overheard others complaining about him too, which suggests this isn’t an isolated issue. I hope this is addressed.

The employees are very well mannered here. They are always so friendly and courteous. It makes you feel that you are very special and important. I actually enjoy leaving them tips. They make my day. I've been drinking more coffee lately, not because I love coffee (I always get the small latte) but because their wonderful attitudes start my day with hope for society.

This used to be my go to place to grab tea and coffee on longer walks. They just instituted a policy that they won't give people water anymore or let them use the restroom before purchasing. That's their decision, sure, but I'd rather not visit a place that has this sort of policy. My family won't be back.
