I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for many I was almost here everyday giving them business, but I recently had a very disappointing experience. I stopped by to politely ask for a cup of water so I could take a pill for my medication. The barista, Emily, was very persistent about a “policy” that water is only given with a purchase.Another barista at the cashier clearly recognized me as a regular, but Emily still refused. I was going to stand there any argue whether she should give me a glass of water. This was just poor customer service and it was a simple and reasonable request that could have been handled with a bit of empathy/understanding. After being a loyal customer for so long since I loved the way they made my coffees, this experience left such a bad impression that I won’t be returning to this location anymore.

I order online went to pick up my coffee it was super hot which is great, but I didn’t make it home , I walk a mile a it felt apart and my oatmeal was plain without complement’s. It was so sad that I walk for nothing!

I always pass by Starbucks, and I finally pass by. I love to see people sit and read or do homework. It always feels alive. I don't like that some Starbucks are taking out the chairs. The ones with no drive thru have kept them so far. So this one will keep 5 stars.
I cant understand why they wrote my name on the cup as “Sebra”. I told the staff My name is Isabel ? They were unwelcoming, and hazelnut oat-shaken espresso tasted horrible. Hazelnut oat-shaken espresso is my go-to drink, so I know what it is supposed to taste like. Don’t go here.
