I love that you can place an order before you arrive. And the pick up is a breeze. The barista are so friendly and nice. They've always been so nice that I have to leave a tip every time I stop by. They deserve it! The grilled cheese is now one of my faves to order. This place gets pretty busy. But most people are in and out so quick.

Came here to get my coffee and study i ne had i had and issue wit coming here brought my fur baby the girls are always noce to him michael saw me walk in with my fur baby as im ordering i can see he had a discomfort face towards him his costumer service was not so great made me feel uncomfortable to even order as im walking he comes to tell me me and my fur baby cant be inside horrible as a fur momma never had a i walked imto a Starbucks feeling so unwelcome and the guy dodnt even wanna give us our food had us waiting till the girl handed it and apologized

I had a fantastic experience at the Starbucks located at 1318 E Huntington Dr. today. During the 1pm shift, the all-female staff there displayed excellent customer service and were incredibly sweet. Their energy and kindness were truly amazing. It's evident that they put a lot of love and care into preparing our drinks. I'll definitely be returning for more of their wonderful service! In my opinion, they absolutely deserve raises and praise for their outstanding work.Additionally, the location was clean and had a great ambiance. What added a charming touch was the photos of pets hanging up - they were so cute! We tried to guess which pets belong to which worker; it's a fun and heartwarming touch to the atmosphere. Charlie boy & Luna are our favorites!

There were about 3 women working this morning just before 8am with the worst attitudes. Dirty looks and whispers amongst each other while I was ordering and sitting enjoying my drink. I left as it was not a welcoming environment.
This is my go to Starbucks almost every morning before work. My drinks always have a consistent taste. Baristas still manage to friendly greet you despite how busy they are during morning rush hour. However, I have learned to place my mobile order 10-15 min. in advance if I don't want to wait because some weekday mornings are busier than others.

Avoid this location ‼‼‼‼I always have a bad experience here. The baristas here always take so long to make drinks even when there is literally no line. The drinks never come out good either I gave it another try today and it never fails. Never coming back again

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I frequently walk my baby here for her nap. The staff is always so friendly here and it's always calm and clean. Shout out to Adrianna for always being super kind and efficient with orders.

I am a committed and loyal Starbucks customer. I appreciate the positive energy and the genuine kindness I see in almost every Starbucks I enter.The customer service at this Starbucks leaves much to be desired. Having had bad experiences at this store in the past, I avoid it whenever possible. On Christmas Day, I thought I would give it another try. I was disappointed. The baristas moved slowly and one of them. spent a great deal of time socializing with a customer who was hanging his unmasked face and hands over the plexiglass barrier.My drinks were ready in a reasonable amount of time. When I picked them up, the barista made a snarky remark about me not checking in when I arrived. (Actually I did check in with her coworker.) It simply isn't a positive experience when you get coffee here.
