The Habit Burger Grill

got a grilled chicken sandwich yesterday evening for my wife. Last night she came down with food poisoning. I can’t say without a doubt, but it’s highly probable that sandwich was the vector.

Seemed like a fun enough place, but no customer service… you better bring a phone with you because you can’t order with out a phone number and there isn’t a person to place your order with, just a computer terminal. Went to Tomato Pie Pizza instead.

I had a disappointing experience at The Habit Burger in Fair Oaks. When I placed my order, the cashier asked if it was for here or to go. I first said to go, but then changed my mind and said for here. They still gave me the order to go. When I pointed it out, instead of apologizing, the cashier just made an excuse that they “forgot.” A simple “sorry about that” would have gone a long way, but I didn’t even get that. It felt like they didn’t care about providing good customer service.

The food definitely does not look like the pictures 😔 I got the grill chicken club sandwich and I know that take out food does not look exactly like the pictures but where was the avocado there was no guac! If you see the picture the sandwich has a good amount of guac and the chicken isn't so thin and the sandwich was greasy as hell. I thought I'd go there because I had to change my food style to a little bit healthier and I was like this
place is supposed to be good. nope

This is the third time my office has ordered from this location for our work lunch, and the order has been messed up. We were missing an entire sandwich and condiments. Our office will not be ordering from this location anymore.

This location consistently forgets parts of the order. I have not had this issue at other locations. I ordered from Door Dash and the bag was sealed each time I’ve ordered from them, so definitely not the driver’s fault.

Cheeseburgers and fries are fabulous. Caesar salad is REALLY great! Food is always hot. Only complaint, there are some druggies that stay in the parking lot and spend a lot of time in Habits dining room. I am frightened to use the bathroom for fear of what could be lurking inside the stalls.

I cannot say enough good things about this location, the staff were incredibly friendly, the food was hot and fresh, and the environment was safe and clean. As this was my first visit to this location during my trip from Canada I have to say that I was blown away, and I Will be returning each time I visit from Winnipeg!

Last time for this location. Yesterday burger bun not toasted or buttered. Burger itself not cooked enough. Not enough mayo. Have had problems here before. Other locations much better.
