Last time for this location. Yesterday burger bun not toasted or buttered. Burger itself not cooked enough. Not enough mayo. Have had problems here before. Other locations much better.

A good balance of sauce and cheese! So good!

Called in order for a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. Haven't had one for over a year. It was last night. They had cole slaw on it as well. Ate most of it as it was too late to bother taking it back. Spent the night with a horrible stomach upset. Called and was told they shld have asked me which sandwich was preferred. And that am to go on line and complain as there's no way to contact mgr. Wasn't going to write review but was left with no choice. Care more about your customers. Will not be going back. So owner reached out to say sorry and use link to contact. Link doesn't work, guessing them saying sorry was for others looking at reviews...

Omg sooooo good ! I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich . Flavorful and the texture of everything was awesome.
You can taste the freshness of the food!
Server was friendly and helpful when ordering with my kiddo :)

Consistently messed up my order

What a bizarre experience.

My order was wrong and the manager, who took my order, seemed incredibly annoyed that I pointed that out (was he expecting me to accept the wrong order?). He seemed determined not to apologize. It's fine, I just wanted the correct order, not an apology. After they brought the corrected order, one of the burgers was cold on the inside. Yup, they actually did a little reheating instead of making a new one, so the burger was somehow both cool on the inside and a little burnt on the outside. So I had to return it again. The manager brought the new burger again, barely able to hide his contempt for me.

Look, I know that working in fast food is tough and stressful. But if you can't even pretend to care about your customers, you're in the wrong line of work.

And I know they'll respond by saying I should reach out to customer care. Well, I did and they didn't respond. The manager isn't the only one who doesn't care.

Food and service was good. The tempura green beans were excellent! Parking is ok, a lot in the back.
The biggest issues are with redeeming coupons from the app when trying to use the app or in-store when using the kiosk - it took several attempts and required the person to come up to the cash register. Also they don't have several menu items on the kiosk such as the ice cream cone or sundae. As they prefer you to use the kiosk and have 3 of them, that's a bummer and inconvenience to customers ordering.

??Yummy! 1st time here, and the food was delicious!! I am a picky eater, had my hamburger custom made & it was delivered to my satisfaction. Woop wooop!! I love it when people get my order right ✅️. The onion rings are surprisingly delicious & crunchy. It was awesome seeing other fresh drinks (rather than soda) plus extra toppings to your liking, ? RIGHT ON! All the tables were nice and clean. Which I love ❤️. Theirs outdoor patio to enjoy the sun and view. Environment was kinda noisy, a lot of teens out from school but overall available tables and great employees! Register got my orders precisely and back cooks hustling in the kitchen. ?? very happy with my experience. THANK YOU!! ?? ooohhh. The Oreo SHAKE Hit The SPOT!! ???

Kid-friendliness: A lot of teens.. at my time 3:00pm. But still plenty of seats. Especially outside ?

This Habit location always has nice customer service. Sometimes a staff would go around asking if they could clear your table after you eat. You normally don't see this at a fast food restaurant. The charburger is always on point, cooked perfectly nice and juicy. The Habit currently has a "grown-up meal" that is only $6.00, and includes a charburger, small fries, a drink, and a burger gummy. You can't get this kind of deal anywhere else.
