In Los Angeles, I feel it’s fair to expect vegan milk options at every cafe. There are none here. Their only non-dairy milk is their house made almond milk, which has honey rendering it non vegan.

Love this place. No notes. My guilty pleasure is the coffee soda.

Of all the coffee shops in the area of South Pas this particular shop always eluded me. But not this day. Without further delay, let’s begin.

TWO KIDS is a small, modern, and bright coffee bar on Mission street situated next to an art gallery. They offer coffee, tea, pastries, and specialty drinks. Moreover, they sell merch, books and coffee bean bags. Interior design and spacious layout were lovely. Customers can ogle on the art with their drinks or chill in the back by the coffee bar beside a wall of blue-bird wallpaper.

I was perfunctorily greeted by a female staff. I ordered a hot Brewed coffee. And it has a subpar quality. I wish I can say it’s great but words may choke me. Staff was cordial and professional.

Overall, it’s a nice little cute coffee bar that is family and kid friendly.

Tasteful but snide. No restroom, no refill, no outlets. They would barely even lend me a pen! Limited opening hours.

Just a heads up, there is no wi-fi, no bathroom and very limited seating. The nearest bathroom is the city hall across the street where it's like an office building.
Be aware this is not the kind of coffee shop to hang at for a while. It's like a grab n go. The coffee was okay. I give it a 5/10.

Great coffee, but can’t get behind the fact that they close at 1pm. No post lunch coffee??

The staff also turns rude as the clock approaches closing time. I was told to hurry with my order when I walked in at 12:56p. That’s no way to run a local business.

Good vibes here. Great atmosphere, tunes, and the coffee and food are top tier too. Great to have even more good choices for morning coffee in south pas.

Cool neighborhood coffee spot with chill vibes, a little shop that sells some cool stuff beyond just coffee brewing tools and coffee beans, and some (limited) comfortable seating inside. There is also outside seating which is especially great during nice days. The espresso I got was wonderful, and it’s always appreciated when they’re served with a shot of cold sparkling water.

Vegetarian options: I didn’t see anything that wasn’t non-vegetarian. ??

I just came in and had a pretty bad experience. I had just taken the train all the way specifically here to hang out for an hour or two, have coffee and maybe a pastry, and do a little work on my laptop.I ordered my coffee and started to sit down at the bar table and the barista (guy with beard/mustache/glasses) looked at me strangely, so I asked (honestly) whether I was allowed to sit there. He said "Yes, you can sit there, but are you about to pull out your laptop?" To which I replied yes, and wondered is that a problem? And he proceeded to tell me "None of us can force me not to use your laptop of course, but it really kills the vibes."Not knowing how to respond to that, I meekly told him I'd try not to use it too much. But as I sat there, I felt like I was under a time limit now and had to put this away as quickly as possible. I wasn't comfortable, to say the least. I should have said something back to him, but at that point he was off helping someone else and I just felt like leaving, so I did.Look, I understand the whole "vibe" thing with not wanting a ton of people working on their laptops in coffee shops. If that is this shop's "thing," then fine, but SAY SO UPFRONT. Don't tell your customer AFTER they have ordered and sat down, and make them feel unwelcome.Such a waste of time. Now I have a paid-for coffee and have to go sit somewhere else after traveling all the way down here. Should have just gone to Starbucks across the street.
