Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

My friend and I came in to get the 6 for 25 deal and the girl (short with curly hair) who turned in bag with food to us was completely rude after asking for ranch that we were told we will be getting in our bags. And she rolled her eyes at us and was completely unprofessional for giving us attitude overall. If she is at a customer service job she is performing the opposite of what is expected. Corporate will be reached out to.

The food was overpriced for the amount of food I received and the staff made me wait to use the restroom even though it was pretty obvious that I needed to use the restroom. (The restroom is for customers only so I ordered and paid and requested the restroom code.) I told the woman at the front counter that my order was for here for dine-in when I placed my order, they served it to me in a plastic bag anyway. When I received my plastic bag, I stated that I had ordered for dine-in and was told that all orders are bagged. I also didn't receive utensils in my plastic bag. When I requested them I was told that the restaurant did not have anymore forks. Please make sure that your establishment at least has enough utensils as it not very busy in the restaurant at moment (it's after 3 p.m. PST) and it should be adequately stocked with these items. Plastic bags are also harmful to environment and pose a threat to endangered species of the oceans, which San Diego, CA is a costal county. This is my first and last visit to this establishment. I do not recommend this location.

Got the wings on time and staff were nice.. but the wings were terrible. They were extremely dry, there barely any sauce or seasoning won it. Very disappointed won’t be back.

Absolutely terrible I’m sorry but for the price it should be better I don’t care if I go to auctions for fast food place and get whatever but wings are expensive and when I get them I can’t even enjoy them they are so disgusting.

Ive never left a review on Google before but I'm so extremely disappointed I had to leave this. Thought it'd be convenient to easily pick up wings. Ordered 20 wings and only half of them were the right seasoning. Not to mention all the wings were like eating wood they were so dry. Not edible. Not satisfied.

The chicken wasn't cooked all the way and I think the cook needs to be re trained. Other than that, Im glad we have this spot in Spring Valley.
