Casanova Fish Tacos was a big hit at my wedding! I cannot recommend them enough!Hector had great communication with us through the entire time leading up to our wedding day. We told some of our guests prior to the wedding we were having gourmet tacos and Hector and the team did not disappoint.They were on time, kind, they provided an AMAZING experience. Their setup was beautiful and paired perfectly with our modern/rustic wedding style.The tacos were out of this world great and I know tacos (born and raised in San Diego, CA).Thank you Hector, I hope we have another event in San Diego to have the opportunity to work with you and the team again. Outstanding tacos and friendly staff!

Wonderful from start to finish. My wife and I hired Casanova Fish Tacos for our rehearsal dinner and they knocked it out! Hector is a true professional. From the tasting, to his quick responsiveness in emails leading up to the event and especially the day of everything was terrific. And of course the tacos are out of this world (don't sleep on the ginger taco!) If you have an event and you want to blow your guests minds with the food, go with Casanova. They won't disappoint

Hector and his crew are amazing! Very professional, arrived on time, served the agreed upon time and cleaned up quickly. The Baja Fish Tacos are the best I've had. Rare to get that from a caterer in a city park! Definitely not you average taco truck. Restaurant quality. Worth every penny. Don't forget the churros too!

The food was amazing! Hector was so easy to work with and he made sure everything ran smoothly. Everything was ready to go on time and our guests, not only loved the tacos, but they were impressed with the portions. I highly recommend Hector and Casanova Fish Tacos!

I had Casanova Tacos cater my retirement party recently. I have used taco caterers before but he is the only one that serves fish. But, that is not what sets him apart! His fish tacos are the best fish tacos I have ever had. Seriously! He served both grilled and traditionally fried with his special sauce he created, which was very yummy. The tacos were huge and filling. He also served chicken and veggie tacos which were also amazing. He also had ceviche as an appetizer and churros for dessert. I wish I had eaten more of the churros they were so good.Hector was very professional and a great communicator before and during the event. I am using Hector for all of my events from now on. Highly recommend Casanova Tacos.

Casanova Fish Tacos was the perfect catering partner for our corporate event. Hector was so communicative and was able to adjust the menu to fit a variety of dietary needs. He checked the venue beforehand to ensure he had ample space for set up and was so flexible with our timeline. On top of all this the food was AMAZING. Hands down some of the best fish, beef, and vegan tacos the team has ever had. Most folks said they were the BEST tacos the ever had. It was the perfect fit for our event and we are so grateful for all of the Casanova team’s work.

His pop up and catering events are top notch experiences! Authentic from tortillas to tacos!! He uses the freshest proteins from the best vendors! Hope he opens a brick and mortar location soon!!!

If you're looking for the Best tacos in San Diego, CA, SoCal, Cali, West Coast or anywhere in the USA look no further than my friend Hector's "Casanova Fish Tacos"!!! A true staple for Baja style fish tacos in San Diego. Let me tell you, it's hard to earn such a right because the competition is hard. But, innovation is the true driving force for this family own business. To say he only sells Baja fish tacos is untrue. Hector has created a unique style of cooking by infusing different cultures into his recipes. For example his Grilled Red Curry Fish Tacos are out of this world or Grilled Peruvian Fish Tacos are a work of art! He carries others that are worth a try but I suggest looking over his menu for new and exciting creations. BTW his Green tomatillo with habanero salsa is literally award winning! From the shrimp ceviche, shrimp aguachile, to my daughter's favorite shrimp quesadilla there is no one better than Casanova Fish Tacos!

Sooo good! Love the event thrown and how quality is always on point and changing. Involves other local vendors! Can not speak more highly!

The best tacos!

I'm from the East Coast. I'm not a fan of tacos too much. I'm definitely not a fan of fish tacos. Casanova Fish Tacos were the best Taco. The fish and all the food is fresh fresh. They are not shortcuts. It was experience worth taking and looking forward to doing again. Great energy and great people.
