Location is fairly new. Seems like the staff was quite overwhelmed with the traffic at the time of night for walking in orders. Employee seemed like they couldn’t get a handle of floor. Communication was passed by twice when just needing to place an order for a bag of ice.. one gentleman coming in from outside getting another order stopped and was able to help us by the other ladies didn’t even greet us. Overall, a lot of improvement is needed.

Had to update my review from a couple years ago. They have improved significantly and give me the freshest food out of all the rest in the greater San Diego area. I went to the La Mesa location a few days ago and my chicken was dry and old. Dont cheat on this location; you'll be sad.

If you haven't been here, spare yourself. You can't see the line from where you order so there's no warning that 10 cars ahead. They're moving slowly. Stopped here for lunch 12 minutes later. Still waiting on my order and I'm not even at the front yet. I won't make this mistake again.

I love all Chick-fil-A locations. I had dinner with my aunt here ar the Spring Valley newer location. We spent at least and hour or more there having a wonderful dinner and conversation along with my service animal Winnie was was admired all who observed her excellent behavior. One diner guest stated that he and his family were waiting for an opportunity to take her home with them, if I left her alone for a mere second. LOL!

The staff are friendly but my order is wrong again- got the wrong kind of chicken on my salad (asked for grilled) & didn’t get any dressing. Also got the wrong drink. I’ll probably avoid this location because the drive thru also took awhile

The girl in the drive thru tonight February 26 around 7:30 pm was so rude she didn’t even said hi and give me a dirty look when she gave me my food, I said thank you and she totally ignored me, I get if it’s busy I work at fast food too but she needs to learn costumer service and some manners, honestly chick fill e employees are always really nice, this is disappointing
