I went out of my way to try El Taller de la Barbacoa/The Barbacoa Factory and it did not disappoint. Servers are warm and welcoming and the interior is lively. I was impressed by the Quesabirria Combo.... the meat is wonderfully seasoned and has a good balance of cilantro and onion. The tortilla was grilled to perfection and held the meat well. We came for menudo and recommend this place for the menudo. The authentic Mexican flavor the owner makes is great. We also tasted had birria tacos and were impressed with the taste of the birria. Highly recommend this place!!! We will be back
