Today, I called to place an order. The phone was answered and hung up. I tried calling another two times and the phone just rang. On the fourth attempt a women answered, I told I wanted to placed an order. She immediately asked if I was calling the correct location. I asked if this location was in the plaza with Albertson’s. She started rattling other businesses in the area, which I didn’t recognized. I asked again if it was in the plaza with Albertson’s and she hung up on me. I waited and called again and with success I was able to placed an order. When I went to pickup the order I tried talking to the woman. She went off on me. I asked her several times stopped talking. She refused and walked away. All I wanted to tell her, she could have told me that the other locations had an Albertsons. She also stated she had a long line. She could have asked if I could hold, instead of hanging up on me. It was very “gross” how I was treated. There were customers watching and listening.

Got a large fruit salad for $13. The plate was not full like I’m used to getting in other places and lack the honey 🍯. Probably won’t return lol

This place changed ownership and it sucks. Also we asked if the torta has avocado 🥑 and the lady said yes. We start eating it only to find out there’s no avocado at all. We go up and let her know and she says that they actually ran out. Tried asking for banana peppers but wanted to charge extra for them. Kind of annoying. 👎🏻 pretty annoying. At least tell us that yall ran out of avocados instead of not telling us 😂 could’ve at least offered a substitute. Thanks for the overpriced tortas with no avocado in them.

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years. Service and food and drinks were amazing. The past 6 months or so the service has been ok. One lady doesn’t smile, rude, and acts like she doesn’t want to be working. I always get the chamango but the last 6 months there’s maybe 3-4 pieces of small fruit in it. Last time there was no fruit at all. Over priced too. Wish the business well but hope you read these reviews to change for the better so you can keep your customers coming.

Crazy over priced!!! My teen daughter went in and bought a cup of ice-cream. The price ... a whopping $10!! My daughter said she was to nervous to reject it. It's a lesson learned, my kid will never go there again, insanely over priced!!!!

I usually like this fruit bar—the food is good, and today I had a great experience with a guy who seemed to be the manager or owner. He was really friendly and attentive to everyone, which I appreciated.
However, there’s one lady who works there regularly, and unfortunately, she brings the whole vibe of the place down. Her customer service is terrible if she doesn’t like you. I’ve been coming in near closing time before, and I’ve noticed she gives me dirty looks and just has a bad attitude. Today, I ordered nachos while she was working in the back, and I’m almost certain she purposely gave me a tray full of crumbs instead of actual chips. That’s not okay.
It’s disappointing because the place itself has potential, but having someone like that representing your business can really ruin the customer experience. She needs serious training in customer service and basic human decency. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, no matter what time they come in.

First the customer service was terrible. I gave the lady a $20 bill and she wouldn’t accept it, even though there was nothing wrong with it. Then the chamango had chunks of seed in it. I won’t go back. I only went there because the place I usually go to was closed.
