This place changed ownership and it sucks. Also we asked if the torta has avocado š„ and the lady said yes. We start eating it only to find out thereās no avocado at all. We go up and let her know and she says that they actually ran out. Tried asking for banana peppers but wanted to charge extra for them. Kind of annoying. šš» pretty annoying. At least tell us that yall ran out of avocados instead of not telling us š couldāve at least offered a substitute. Thanks for the overpriced tortas with no avocado in them.

Iāve been coming here for the past 4 years. Service and food and drinks were amazing. The past 6 months or so the service has been ok. One lady doesnāt smile, rude, and acts like she doesnāt want to be working. I always get the chamango but the last 6 months thereās maybe 3-4 pieces of small fruit in it. Last time there was no fruit at all. Over priced too. Wish the business well but hope you read these reviews to change for the better so you can keep your customers coming.

Crazy over priced!!! My teen daughter went in and bought a cup of ice-cream. The price ... a whopping $10!! My daughter said she was to nervous to reject it. It's a lesson learned, my kid will never go there again, insanely over priced!!!!

I usually like this fruit barāthe food is good, and today I had a great experience with a guy who seemed to be the manager or owner. He was really friendly and attentive to everyone, which I appreciated.
However, thereās one lady who works there regularly, and unfortunately, she brings the whole vibe of the place down. Her customer service is terrible if she doesnāt like you. Iāve been coming in near closing time before, and Iāve noticed she gives me dirty looks and just has a bad attitude. Today, I ordered nachos while she was working in the back, and Iām almost certain she purposely gave me a tray full of crumbs instead of actual chips. Thatās not okay.
Itās disappointing because the place itself has potential, but having someone like that representing your business can really ruin the customer experience. She needs serious training in customer service and basic human decency. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, no matter what time they come in.

First the customer service was terrible. I gave the lady a $20 bill and she wouldnāt accept it, even though there was nothing wrong with it. Then the chamango had chunks of seed in it. I wonāt go back. I only went there because the place I usually go to was closed.

Ever since I found out about this place 2 years ago I make sure to stop here whenever Iām in the area. Iāve seen the same woman here Iām not sure if sheās the owner or just a long time employee but my coworkers and I are always greeted prompt and courteously, the food comes out at a reasonable time depending on how busy they are of course, and in regards to pricing, the freshness of the food and portions that I receive every time I order, coupled with the service I get makes it worthwhile each and every single time!
