I like the convenience of this place and that the prices are relatively cheap, however the coffee usually tastes burnt and the food is not the best quality. Also, some of the workers can get snappy with you simply for asking one question about the menu.

For the food I’d give a solid 5 stars, the coffee is a 2-5 depending on the day & the staff. Unfortunately I’d have to round this out to a 3 because it seems every time I come the quality of the drinks are not consistent. 1 day I can come and have an amazing cookie butter iced latte, so good in fact I come back the very next morning to order it again only to get a latte that is watery on the top and so thick on the bottom it was like cookie sludge. It’s upsetting to come here and feel as if I’m taking a gamble with my daily caffeine fix never knowing if I’m going to get a good drink or not and which such a shop and drive through it’s a hassle to try and return the drink. I’ve tried hot lattes, iced lattes, and the cold brew and although their coffee has a good flavor the inconsistency with the drink making process is a real problem.
Now the breakfast sandwiches on the other hand? Absolutely 5 stars! I’ve tried pretty much all of them with the protein option and they’re amazing! Tastes fresh, sauces are yummy, and the sandwiches are always hot!
I went there this morning and got the chipotle BLTA and the salted caramel macchiato. The service was good and fast. I went through the drive-through. They were nice. My coffee was pretty good and had a lot of ice. Otherwise the flavor was OK but unfortunately, my sandwich was not that good. There was hardly any bacon and the skin and plastic sticker barcode from the avocado was found in my sandwich after I was almost done smh. I’m not sure if I will go back. That type of carelessness is when it comes to food make me question other things.

The staff is always so kind and amazing. The quality of drink and food is amazing as well. My only issue is it’s drive-through only with two lanes that feed into one So I’m constantly getting cut in line. I’ll have 4-5 cars ahead of me in the main line and then the second people start pulling into the secondary line they cut the people that have been waiting longer. So instead of 5 cars ahead of me it ends up being 7 or 8. Zippering the line should be the people who arrived first let each other go first. Instead, it’s always people pulling into the secondary line as a way to cut the other people that have waiting which I don’t mind if it’s my day off … but normally it’s not.

Great coffee, so great I drove across town (skipping several chain spots) to come here only to get to the drive thru and have him say “sorry, we’re not taking any more orders” fine. They close at 2 I get it. It was literally 2pm on the dot and I was the 2nd to last car in line. No leeway? Fine. Maybe walk out there at 1:56 and put up a cone? I dunno, it just didn’t feel right from a customer service standpoint I might be back?

Been coming here off and on for many years ... Great food and drinks. My favorite is the Moonlight Magic latte. The drive through line is very off putting. Good to know it's a popular spot but sitting in traffic out in the street and hoping other cars don't cut in line from different directions keeps me from going more often. I hope they can get their lounge open soon. It's been a very long time coming.
Been coming here for years. Food is excellent, I recommend the cubanito. Coffee is top tier. You can tell the people here care a lot about how good their coffee is. Can't recommend enough. They also are happy to cater our end of month company meeting for 15 and have never dropped the ball providing excellent food or drinks in the roughly dozen times we've asked them.
