I like the convenience of this place and that the prices are relatively cheap, however the coffee usually tastes burnt and the food is not the best quality. Also, some of the workers can get snappy with you simply for asking one question about the menu.
For the food I’d give a solid 5 stars, the coffee is a 2-5 depending on the day & the staff. Unfortunately I’d have to round this out to a 3 because it seems every time I come the quality of the drinks are not consistent. 1 day I can come and have an amazing cookie butter iced latte, so good in fact I come back the very next morning to order it again only to get a latte that is watery on the top and so thick on the bottom it was like cookie sludge. The staff is always so kind and amazing. The quality of drink and food is amazing as well. My only issue is it’s drive-through only with two lanes that feed into one So I’m constantly getting cut in line. I’ll have 4-5 cars ahead of me in the main line and then the second people start pulling into the secondary line they cut the people that have been waiting longer. So instead of 5 cars ahead of me it ends up being 7 or 8. Zippering the line should be the people who arrived...
