Worst costumer service ever. Before we enjoyed going there because it's near our home and we never got treated like that. We asked to add cheese to our burger and she sighed so loud like it bothered her. She expressed her frustration with some of our modifications requests by interrupting us. She proceeded to raise her voice at us with attitude. That ruined our experience

ZERO STARS !! I was there recently and ordered southwest salad and some free stuff via their app. The salad looked like it was half of a regular portion and missed some ingredients that should definitely have been there. Seems like that day the cook was greedy or clumsy or both. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

I come here when I'm sorry on time. The chicken salaams is awesome and the people are really nice and I get points for free stuff. But Just wondering why people in the drive through apparently don't know that the amount of space you leave between you and the car ahead of you is based on how fast you are going.... So if you are basically stopped, you can pull up. 17 car lengths ahead of you isn't keeping you safe, it's just preventing the people behind you from placing their order. Just a thought
Worst experience I’ve ever had at Jack in the box. Waited at the drive thru for almost 20 minutes before my order was taken. Took even longer to make it. Ended up being there about an hour from the time I was at the drive thru until I drove away from the window. Had several people behind me in line that ended up just driving away after waiting for so long. The curly fries I got were severely over cooked to the point that they are too hard to even break apart. The tacos were drenched in hot sauce and inedible. The chicken sandwich was barely warm. Not sure if maybe the only 2 workers there were upset they were alone with someone maybe calling out or possibly because they were upset about having to work at night.
