As far as fast food restaurants go, I felt obligated to give this JIB location 5 stars. I say this because I've toured this place regularly for years and have always encountered the service to be above and beyond any expectations from a friendly and helpful staff. Also, If fast food service was an Olympic sport, Than these folks surely would take home the Gold Medal, I almost want to bring a stop watch sometimes, The service always seems so fast, Yet I've never encountered...
Saturday 1/20 9:02am drive through. Must be the culture. Rude customer service. The manager rude as f! The guy who gave me my order just the same. I said GM, nothing, I said thank you, nothing. Must be uneducated for sure. I usually only go here during the week in the am. Pick up a quick breakfast for my grandson. It’s a Hispanic crew!! Hands down, best customer service.Ugh I need to avoid coming on the weekends, but it was last minute. Do better BLM

So if you are basically stopped, you can pull up. 17 car lengths ahead of you isn't keeping you safe, it's just preventing the people behind...
