Got dinner here last night. They forget items we ordered (not the first time) make sure you check your bags before you leave this location since they don’t know how to do that themselves. Also worst customer service by ROSA. She is a so called manager who should be reevaluated because she does not know what good customer service is.

The food was excellent. The staff was so Customer Service oriented. I was from out of state and they explained the process with the free jumbo Jack Padre‘s home run thing which helped me figure out what I needed to buy.

I walked in an ordered a double smash no bacon large combo. At the counter I spoke with the server and said twice no bacon, and as soon as I got to work I was passed to find a great deal of Bacon. I tried calling the store a few and got no answer. This is the second time this happened. I don't enjoy paying for stuff that I can not eat. How do I get the food I paid for or my money back?
