I walked in an ordered a double smash no bacon large combo. At the counter I spoke with the server and said twice no bacon, and as soon as I got to work I was passed to find a great deal of Bacon. I tried calling the store a few and got no answer. This is the second time this happened. I don't enjoy paying for stuff that I can not eat. How do I get the food I paid for or my money back?

This particular Jack in the Box is quite good. I've had different experiences with other Jack in the Box's. They definitely are not the same. They are quick, the food is hot, and I've always gotten what I wanted.

The staff is not great at communicating on even simple orders. Jack needs to hire slightly smarter people, or pay more.
The cashier wouldn't take my order at the machine and refused to take it at the window either while eating Infront of us and cursing, how is this customer service even allowed (4:30am march 28th) please do something because that was unacceptable and just rude

Just got 4 tacos and large fries and it is beyond obvious that they were old fries that were refried. They are brownish, they are dried out and overly crunchy (like when you try to reheat fries lol) and they have the distinct burnt flavor in literally every fry so far. The tacos also seemed refried or something because they were so greasy the paper pouch they came in was nearly transparent. Tried calling and received an audio message telling me their voicemail box is full yet had no mention of jack in the box. Felt like i reached the voicemail of the cellphone of somebody ghosting me lol fr. Normally would not write a review like this, but they were so burnt bro, so burnt.. also the owner seems to be very responsive with the complaints posted in these reviews, so hey, why fix what ain't broke? 🤷🏻♂️ Will change rating if warranted.
