This particular Jack in the Box is quite good. I've had different experiences with other Jack in the Box's. They definitely are not the same. They are quick, the food is hot, and I've always gotten what I wanted.

The cashier wouldn't take my order at the machine and refused to take it at the window either while eating Infront of us and cursing, how is this customer service even allowed (4:30am march 28th) please do something because that was unacceptable and just rude

Just got 4 tacos and large fries and it is beyond obvious that they were old fries that were refried. They are brownish, they are dried out and overly crunchy (like when you try to reheat fries lol) and they have the distinct burnt flavor in literally every fry so far. The tacos also seemed refried or something because they were so greasy the paper pouch they came in was nearly transparent. Tried calling and received an audio message telling me their voicemail box is full yet had no mention of jack in the box. Felt like i reached the voicemail of the cellphone of somebody ghosting me lol fr. Normally would not write a review like this, but they were so burnt bro, so burnt.. also the owner seems to be very responsive with the complaints posted in these reviews, so hey, why fix what ain't broke? 🤷🏻♂️ Will change rating if warranted.

We’ve been in there eight times. You said you accept EBT, but literally used our EBT card every time - and your chip malfunctions or we always end up having to pay because you didn’t accept it.
Appreciate that you accept it, but can there be a time we talk to the manager to get this sorted out.
The only reason you’re getting a 1 star is to raise your attention to this. Otherwise, service was good, food was good, and this is my favorite Jack in the Box.
Just please fix your problems with the EBT system.

Vegetarian options: They add very little lettuce pickles onion when asked to add to your burger. Why do they put numbers on their combo meals if they don't even know what their combo meals consist of? i.e. is the number one a combo or just a sandwich by itself, I don't know you tell me?
