3 times already I ordered through the app and it says my order is ready. But when I get there they're either still working on it or haven't even started yet. I get its busy that's fine, but don't mark orders ready for pickup if they're not ready for pickup!

Do not guarantee that this freaking place will have chicken. I came here two hours early on a Tuesday night and they ran out of chicken at 10 o’clock and said that they weren’t going to make anymore. How can a KFC run out of chicken? This is absolutely unsatisfactory and I’m in the midst of trying to figure out how to get a hold of the corporate officeto complain.

I order 4pc chicken tenders combo and a famous bowl combo last night. When I got home and ate my food, the chicken was so old.. it wouldn't even break when I went to take a bite, I had to rip it apart and you tell from the outside of the chicken how old it was.
