Leocynn's Lumpia is a small, cash-only restaurant where you order at the door. Leo, the owner, may come off as rude, but the lumpia is the best you'll find for sale. The Chicken Adobo is flavorful, and the Lumpia Shanghai is crispy and a good size. Despite Leo's repetitive phrases, the food is worth it.
