He's so rude you want to tell him to F off but don't. His lumpia is hands down the best I've ever purchased. I've had some homemade lumpia at gatherings that might be better but not for sale. After you go there a few times you just expect to here him say "what you want", "hurry up", "pay first", "cash only", "ready 20 minutes you go".
