Huge plates for the same price as other shops serving less. They dont skimp on good ingredients like meat. Skillful and fast cook staff. Seating is limited and facilities are lacking, but that shouldnt keep you from ordering here.

I ordered the California burrito and my husband got the ham and bacon breakfast burrito. Both burritos were full of potatoes. The California burrito did not have much carne asada but tons of fries. My husband cut his burrito in half and it was full of potatoes. He didn't even finish half of it. Also, we both thought the red and green sauces were not good at all. However, the salsa that came with the chips was pretty good.

So glad we found this place. The ingredients are fresh, and very consistent. Friendly service. Atmosphere is what you would expect for a place that focuses on great food (no frills). I was originally sold on the milanesa burrito, but everything else I try is great. I bring my friends here for what I would say are some of the best tacos in SD.
I went to buy appetizers and asked if it was fresh and the person who served me told me yes, I asked for two orders to take away, when I got home I had to heat it because it was cold and the truth is that it made me sick to eat it, it looked disgusting and with a very bad smell, I will never return to that place and I do not recommend it at all ?

I ordered a Chorizo plate with a mango smoothie, but it was just alright. The dish lacked flavor, and the beans had an odd taste and texture. Surprisingly, the rice was the most flavorful part of the plate. The smoothie was the main reason for my 3-star review as it had no flavor, and the color was off.

The ladies there were very friendly, however, I ordered the caldo de res and the broth tasted overwhelmingly of cabbage (there was more cabbage in there than beef!). The beef was tender but I didn’t drink much of the broth. Disappointing because I was really craving some soup for my sore throat.
It was fine. Had the carne asada torta, and the taste was fine, but I probably wouldn’t get it again.
