Pho Minh & Grill

I ordered the rare beef pho. Broth was great, the noodles did not seem like they were freshly made and the beef was cut a bit thick. But, otherwise, was very enjoyable.

If you like tons of spice, you can ask for chili oil. It may seem like a small amount, but the whole thing packs quite the punch.

The atmosphere reminded me of the family-owned restaurants back in Orange County... very familiar and homey for me.

Will be coming back here another time.

My partner and I can’t get enough!!!! Best pho in East County. Pretty unsuspecting to find this gem behind the gas station but sometimes I find myself even getting gas after pho, can you believe it? Try this spot ASAP!!!!! So So yummy

This my favorite spot I come here all the time . My favorite it’s always shrimp soup or the chicken soup.

The girl up front is always nice n kind to me whenever I come.. she always go out of her way to describe each item . Your damned if you do, damned if you don’t .. you can’t please everyone.

Tried this place for the first time on lunch break. They made my food very fast, I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a small side salad and generous proportions! It tasted fresh, flavorful, delicious! See you my next lunch break!

Their food is great if you’re not Asian. White washed for the unflavored people who thinks it’s great. As an Asian that knows food, this is sub par. Mediocre best. Sorry for being blunt. White washed people please continue to indulge your ignorance in what you think is good Pho.

Been coming here for a few years, I always get their filet mignon pho. Service is quick and easy, they’ve always been friendly to me, and the food is great. Bit of a hidden gem this place.

Spring rolls were bomb so that’s where the 2 stars come from the rest was not good let me start by we ordered our food and it just wasn’t good chewy meat and the sauce tasted burned we tried to order boba drinks and the lady at the front desk told me they only had water and canned drinks no special drinks another downside and finally the girl was super off putting kinda rude and looked like she hates working there like everything bothers her I wouldn’t come here just in the fact that her attitude isn’t welcoming I’d like to get spring roll here but not worth the attitude
