I ordered extra Mushroom and extra olives, and I received it with 5 Mushroom slices exactly and few olives. I couldn't find how to attach the picture. Otherwise I would do it. So you can see what I'm saying.

Pizza pizza...
I contacted the store and spoke with the Assistant Manager Angela. I told her what my issue was and she immediately fixed the issue with no hesitation. She went above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it!

I'm new to this area and we love pizza but every time I get your food is like left over. Old food. Some people are going to get sick.
Employees are absolutely wonderful đŻ

This place is awful!!! Over 40$ for 2 pizzas and they were dried out, barely any cheese and the veggie pizza had only a couple dried out pieces of old veggies. Omg!!! I am so pissed. Total waste of money. And a real disappointment. It was basically like just eating bread sticks!
The pepperoni pizza was all soggy on the bottom w grease too! Even my kid didnt like it! Never again!

Unfortunately the pizza we got was horrible. When three 9-10 year old kids refuse to eat pizza you know its not good. It was super dry, no cheese and overcooked. They did scarf up the cheesy breadsticks but now I have 2 pizzas no one will eat, waste of money.

THE WORST!!!
From the first ring of the phone.
A gentleman answered the phone and started taking my pickup order. I asked him was he in the store or in the call center and he said he was at the store. Halfway through the order he told me he needed to put me on hold. How about 2 minutes later another lady comes on the phone who speaks very bad English. She asked if she could take my order. I told her that someone else had already started taking my order and she told me he was from the call center. I tried to order 4 pizzas from an ad that I saw which said one large one-topping pizza $9.99. she told me they don't have that special. I told her I'm sitting here on my phone looking at it. She refused to honor that and she told me about other specials for medium pizzas. I ordered four medium pizzas and told her someone would come and pick it up at 10:45 a.m. and they would pay for it. I asked her if she can have paper plates and napkins for 14 people and she said no problem. Because she said this location doesn't deliver to the gun range where I was serving I had my wife drive all the way from Escondido to pick up the pizza, approximately 40 miles each way. She arrived to pick up the pizza and the ladies told her that she didn't have any paper plates or napkins there for my wife had to stop at the store and purchase napkins and paper plates. Because of this the pizzas are now cold. This is the short version but bottom line is this location offers zero customer service. You shouldn't be advertising something that you don't have. Whether you've discontinued and add or not is not the customer's responsibility. It's your responsibility as a merchant. And to tell a customer it's no problem to supply paper towels and plates and then not have them is also unacceptable. I called to speak to a manager in the store and I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. So I decided to put my thoughts on your review. I'm still going to contact the store manager because I want my money refunded for the cold pizza. What you offer is a poor excuse for customer service. No one at your store has the slightest idea what customer service means.
I ordered 4 pizzas, boneless wing and dipping sauces. The delivery driver forgot 2 of the pizzas. I called the store and informed them of the issue. I explained that this was the 4th time in 2 months that my order had been wrong. They had forgotten items multiple times and one time the forgot all the toppings on a pizza. I requested a credit and my missing items be delivered. The manager I spoke to gave me a $50 credit and informed me that it would be valid for 30 days. I called the store to order dinner tonight and they were unable to find my credit and stated that they couldn't find an order from December. The last order they show was from September. My bank statement shows a payment to Pizza Hut on the day in question. Needless to say I am disappointed with the service I have received from the store.
Customer service is not what it used to be. I may not be that important to the corporate world but it angers me that they would just not care about a customer that spend HUNDREDS of dollars in their store every month.
Will not be returning to this location. I wasnât expecting red carpet treatment but just because I didnât tip what was to their âexpectationsâ the young lady behind the counter gave me what she felt I deserved in terms of service. Did not thank me for my business, no eye contact, no visible name badge, did not offer for me to inspect my product, did not offer me napkins or paper plates, I thanked her & she just walked away. Iâve been a Pizza Hut boy for life, but I wonât be one at that location as long as that young lady is still there. SHE NEEDS SCHOOLING ON HOW TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
