Been eating Mex food 40+ years, BEST SALSAS I’ve had in my entire life!!! The habanero is the best, 2 insane red sauces and a great green sauce.Family atmosphere, and the employees are truly good people.I was gone from Diego almost 20 years (big mistake!), moved back and said I’d try every shop in the county looking for the best salsa, because all I eat it taquitos, so it’s all about the salsa. J+J’s was my 3rd shop, I’ve been to no others since, this IS the joint!!!
Came in for some mini tacos and as usual, delicious. There was a slight wait for my order, but the quality of my plate was worth it. Red sauce was my favorite though I usually get the green sauce. I would definitely return to try more items on their menu. Muchas Gracias.

The tacos were good. They were crispy and had a good amount of shredded beef inside. The green avocado salsa I had with the rolled tacos was very good and offered mild heat.
