This place is definitely hit or miss, the food quality is consistent enough but the service quality fluctuates between average to god awful. At peak expect to be stuck in line 15-20 minutes without moving, and the drive through is curbed on both sides so if you don’t bail out when you have the chance you’re screwed
Case in point I’ve had time to write this review because of how long the line has been completely stalled
As for the atmosphere it’s a rough neighborhood, expect police activity in the area especially late at night, and I remember from working nearby that there was a murder in the parking lot a few years ago. I’m genuinely paranoid about coming here after dark (again nothing to do with the restaurant itself, and partially clouded by personal experiences, but also consistent enough to not just be bad luck on my part)
So avoid peak hours but also avoid late night food runs, especially if you’re not a local, but definitely worth giving a try even if only one
