Ranas is the best! The food is so great; the people are so nice; and the drinks are cheap and delicious. The tricolor mole enchiladas (see picture below) are fantastic—really complex flavors. And the pambazo is a torta meets a wet burrito; they’re my favorites.

Ranas was a pleasant treat located in Spring Valley. My friend mentioned this spot and it hit the spot for breakfast. I ordered the rajas con huevos as well as the pambazo that had chorizo and potatoes. The flavors for the pambazo really popped and hit all the right notes. The rajas con huevos was also delicious and tasted fresh. The customer service was great, the seating area was clean and the patio area was a nice bonus as well. I will definitely be back! Eat up!!!

Holy mole! What an experience. I am so happy we found this place! This little unassuming location in a not so fancy shopping center has the best food I've had in a long time. It was so good I scarfed it down before I even got a photo on my next trip which won't be long I will be taking lots of photos the place is clean the staff is incredibly friendly helpful and caring this is kind of like going to that Mexican home away from home.
