8 employees and they couldn't get People's orders correctly. Everyone was scrambling... I've never been in a Starbucks packed with so many employees and looking like a mad house. I was there for a gift card and waited almost 15 minutes. A manager supervisor came out and served somebody behind me. He was kind. This Starbucks puts all the drivers before walk-in customers. FYI. This might be beneficial for those going through the drive-thru, but what happened to human interaction, face-to-face and customer service?

This is the WORST Starbucks ever. I go to Starbucks in Miramar literally all the time. Almost daily. 😅 The Starbucks on Campo messes up my food order every single time. One, they gave me oatmeal without the water! Dry oats! The time before, they forgot my spoon and I had to go back! How do you eat oatmeal without a spoon?!?! Mess up every time. Without fail. You will wait in line for at least 30 minutes and then get attitude from the baristas. I will never be back.

I visited the drive through here a few weeks ago. I waited 25 minutes in line. No apologies for the long wait. Won't be back here again. Yes I did contact Customer Service.

Sorry, can't stand starsucks. Waaaay overpriced bean soup! My teen daughter loves this crap. She will gladly pay over $7 for a flipping refresher that's mostly ice that probably costs $7 to make an entire jug of at home...

The barista that took my order through the drive thru was rude. I asked for regular milk for my matcha tea latte and she states “ honey we only have 2% milk”

I’ve never had a problem ordering this way. They need to train her customer service and to train her about patience. I go Starbucks all the time and this is my first encountering an unprofessional barista. I would recommend her looking into a therapy if she’s this condescending this way in life.

So I got the wrong drink on valentine's day for my wife an I was just there ordering white chocolate mocha with oat milk an medicine ball but instead of a medicine ball I got some one eles drink . This definitely didn't make my morning thanks starbucks 😒 for making my vday start bad not happy.

Such a bad attitude when asking for a sleeve, the coffee is actually kinda bad 🥲 taste like water I live near by and almost never go!! Same thing each time I go.There’s a coffee shop next to the 94E entrance that is more recommended:)
