The barista that took my order through the drive thru was rude. I asked for regular milk for my matcha tea latte and she states “ honey we only have 2% milk”
I’ve never had a problem ordering this way. They need to train her customer service and to train her about patience. I go Starbucks all the time and this is my first encountering an unprofessional barista. I would recommend her looking into a therapy if she’s this condescending this way in life.

So I got the wrong drink on valentine's day for my wife an I was just there ordering white chocolate mocha with oat milk an medicine ball but instead of a medicine ball I got some one eles drink . This definitely didn't make my morning thanks starbucks 😒 for making my vday start bad not happy.

Such a bad attitude when asking for a sleeve, the coffee is actually kinda bad 🥲 taste like water I live near by and almost never go!! Same thing each time I go.There’s a coffee shop next to the 94E entrance that is more recommended:)
Standard Starbucks. -The surrounding area is meh. -Better to order online to avoid misunderstandings with mediocre & lifeless batistas.

Love our puppachinos always my puppies look forward to going bye-bye and get in there yummies I worked at the restaurant where this land is at Jimmy's Family Restaurant it's no longer there I worked with George and Anna I miss you I miss all the customers we have for many years I used to be a restaurant family restaurant or Starbucks is now so many memories ✨ ????

One of Starbucks promises is to positively contribute to its community. As a member of a local school PTSA, I would like to say 'thank you' to Starbucks Casa de Oro for keeping that promise! The manager and her staff graciously set our parents and staff up with coffee and cream when they attended a parent orientation at the school. Everything was delicious! Thanks so much Starbucks for valuing such an essential part of our community.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, the last two baristas were so rude, they even yell at my little sister. Each time is getting worst, the last barista looked like she just goy out of jail that’s why I didn’t made any complain with her.
