She took .50 cents off, I'm like that's not 50% off This girl was laughing all crazy and really rude.she should not be your front barista. Obviously doesn't care for your company her job let alone a guest who was about to spend $60! Can't believe basic math was that hard for her.

+1 agreeing with the other reviews about bad service. Barista doing mobile orders is rude for what reason to customers. She filled my venti cup 3/4 of the way so it was more like a grande even though I paid for venti. It felt like it was on purpose even though I didn’t say a word to her. Just already in a bad mood. Other locations are way better. Spending a few minutes there is too much, the vibe is like they don’t like their job so it’s awkward.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing to place an order, but waited in the drive through while someone placed a large order. Then we were told they weren't taking anymore orders for the night. That's messed up. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. In the future, I'll be driving right past this location to the Starbucks 1/8th of a mile down the street to the next Starbucks with pleasant, helpful people!!

I always get greeted and my mobile order is always ready to go when I arrive! I come here almost every day! The only thing I could say is that it’s been twice where my cheese danish taste and smells a bit like onion? Not sure if I’ve just had the luck of being the person after a breakfast sandwich or something! Lol but overall good locations and nice staff!

Went through the drive thru, ordered a small iced caramel macchiato as to which when the girl handed me my drink the lid was no secure and the coffee spilled all on my lap in my car and everywhere.

My server was very energetic and Nico and even sized up my cup for free.
Disgustingly terrible customer service. It took upwards of 10 minutes for a tall drip coffee. They asked several times if I wanted cream and sugar and stupidly asked "Do you want me to put the creamer in for you?" (There was no self serve station). Asked for sugar and it took 5 minutes to hand over 4 packets. Will NEVER use this location again.

Staff weren't very friendly and there were no bakery items but it was close to closing. There was a couple homeless folk but they didn't bother anyone just feel bad that there's so much homeless in this area and it's getting so dirty with crashed broke down cars in the parking lot trash all along the side of the freeway. This part of town needs help. Grew up here not happy how its turning out.

Coffee taste awful. Has coffee grounds in the drink coffee. Five dollars a cup it is awfull. I told the lady and still, I got coffee grounds in my coffee drink. April 2024.
