The drinks are very good. Good service as well, but it's very difficult to have a conversation or enjoy the peace because the music is so unnecessarily loud and disturbing. I even noticed some people who were studying leaving because they couldn't focus. I did nicely request that the music (something you'd specifically hear in a market or club) be turned down a bit so I can have a conversation, and the employee was very kind to turn it down and even change it to music that wasn't distracting/disturbing.

Terrible service. The two baristas across the hall didn't even greet me, and they were incredibly rude and bitter face. I ordered two things, and the second item wasn't ready. It seems like they're working for free. If you're not interested in providing good customer service, find a new job. Starbucks should offer better training to its employees. And the latte that I ordered it wasn't good, it was tasteless.

Barista being rude and disrespectful this morning when i try to make an order and i avoid to order and leaving the store without come back.

I had a wonderful experience at this starbucks store. The employees were very kind and helpful. The district manager was present & seemed to really care about the employees which is something that should not go unnoticed!

Dude istg this is the Only Starbucks that always makes my drink good, I get the pink drinks and at other locations I always get like old or poorly made pink drinks that’s all separated but I’ve never gotten a bad one from this location 🤤👌👌👌

So I walk in and they said hold on a minute and left me standing there 10 minutes. I walked up to one person realizing they were really busy and just asked if I could have a water for now. She said water was for paying customers. I said how much was the water ill pay for it. She says we dont charge for the water??? I instantly got the feeling I wasn't welcomed. Iwas going to by my frap anyway but this made things really clear. I bought my frap and asked for my water. Right after me three Caucasian women asked for water without a purchase and were given water. On top of everything else the drink i ordered was made wrong. I come to this Starbucks almost everyday because I work for AT&T in the area. I am really disappointed in this service. I come to these places for relaxation and crappy service and people like this really ruin it for me.
Update: after speaking to the supervisor she herself im sorry I wasn't here for it and that they only give water to paying customers and I said you gave out 4 waters after me without purchase then two waters to a someone else without purchase after that make it make sense. If someone from corporate sees this please contact me this is discrimination and ridiculous.

They only ever get my order correct about half the time whenever I go and I only get one item so I don't know how they consistently get it wrong
Seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. I'm a frequent Starbucks patron and will definitely be avoiding this location at all costs.

Danielle (hopefully that's the right spelling lol) is a great person! You can really sense her kindness through the way she handles customer service. The little notes and drawings on the drinks are always funny and sweet to see. It's just a nice reminder that there’s a real person with a big heart behind the counter, not just a machine. (Also to the associate who answered my call, sorry didn't get your name, but you're awesome too!).
Do your thing Management, and give your employees the recognition they deserve. 😊
