So I walk in and they said hold on a minute and left me standing there 10 minutes. I walked up to one person realizing they were really busy and just asked if I could have a water for now. She said water was for paying customers. I said how much was the water ill pay for it. She says we dont charge for the water??? I instantly got the feeling I wasn't welcomed. Iwas going to by my frap anyway but this made things really clear. I bought my frap and asked for my water. Right after me three Caucasian women asked for water without a purchase and were given water. On top of everything else the drink i ordered was made wrong. I come to this Starbucks almost everyday because I work for AT&T in the area. I am really disappointed in this service. I come to these places for relaxation and crappy service and people like this really ruin it for me.
Update: after speaking to the supervisor she herself im sorry I wasn't here for it and that they only give water to paying customers and I said you gave out 4 waters after me without purchase then two waters to a someone else without purchase after that make it make sense. If someone from corporate sees this please contact me this is discrimination and ridiculous.

They only ever get my order correct about half the time whenever I go and I only get one item so I don't know how they consistently get it wrong
Seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. I'm a frequent Starbucks patron and will definitely be avoiding this location at all costs.

Danielle (hopefully that's the right spelling lol) is a great person! You can really sense her kindness through the way she handles customer service. The little notes and drawings on the drinks are always funny and sweet to see. It's just a nice reminder that there’s a real person with a big heart behind the counter, not just a machine. (Also to the associate who answered my call, sorry didn't get your name, but you're awesome too!).
Do your thing Management, and give your employees the recognition they deserve. 😊

Went to location at 8:30pm and it says they close at 9:00 pm. The guy was very rude over intercom just telling me there closed and when I said online it shows 9pm he got rude and said they close when they feel like. Not good business or customer service. Will never go back there.
Gotta downgrade this starbucks, no power outlets for laptops, no comfy seats, the inside is barren, my advice, you can find a better place to enjoy your morning
This Starbucks is a hit or miss. I normally get their matcha lattes. I specifically ask for “no ice” and they sometimes add a little bit of ice, and I won’t notice until I already drive off. I don’t get why they don’t just follow the order when it clearly says it on the sticker! The ice just waters down the drink so I always get no ice. This is the only location that’s inconsistent when it comes to that.
Live the coffee ☕️
Bella working the register doesn't know basic math, holiday coffees say 50% off she argues it's the cups but sign on basket says HOLIDAY COFFEE
She then says I'm lucky she doesn't care so proceeds to add the discount. She took .50 cents off, I'm like that's not 50% off
This girl was laughing all crazy and really rude.she should not be your front barista. Obviously doesn't care for your company her job let alone a guest who was about to spend $60!
Can't believe basic math was that hard for her.
