I’m paying extra for ingredients and they’re not making them with the “extra”. Bad service.
This location has some of the best employees and always makes the drinks right. Unfortunately they seem to always run out of oatmilk lately! Hopefully they can get their ordering/stocking system right so they maintain stock of crucial ingredients.
Just moved in and had to find my go-to Starbucks spot. Found it! Great location, super helpful and friendly staff, and they nailed my hot coffees. Definitely my new regular stop.
Service is quick, and I get you have to be kind to customers. But some of these girls are at the drive-thru window early in the morning between 4:40 am and 5:00 am. They don't have to be flirting with the customers and get so personal with the conversations.
I was on speaker talking to my boyfriend, and one of the girls at the window was asking him questions that I thought were too personal to be asking a customer. And I can hear her flirting with him. They need to be more professional!
Came here around 1:43PM! Loved the Barista. Made my drinks in less than 5 minutes!! Drinks were perfect, no complaints. Barista was super friendly and full of energy! Love them!
I went through the drive thru 10/19 at around 8:30 PM- i ordered two frappuccinos and i had asked for extra caramel drizzle. When i get to the window, I receive one of my drinks and I told her the caramel was missing and she replies - “ we put it on the top you have to ask for it around the cup “ and when I receive my second drink the caramel is around the cup and I didn’t ask for it like that? So she contradicted herself. I believe her name was Julissa. I was upset, but I still said thank you, in which I got no response. On top of all the attitude, I go home to find a long black hair in my drink. It was truly disgusting.

Jessica and her crew at this Starbucks has been amazing! They support our local elementary school with coffee for our occasional Family Fridays. Jessica has always been willing to help us and she and her employees are so warm and friendly. Let's be honest, parents nowadays don't want to drink the coffee of our childhood like you would normally get at a school meeting, but we are a small school and wouldn't have the budget for this, so we depend on these school--business partnerships. I would like to shout-out Angel as well...he has been super helpful, too! Thank you for helping make our parent meetings so much more enjoyable for families!

Slowest Starbucks ever you really should work on their drive-through customer service. It’s ridiculous to sit in line for 25 minutes for two coffees. I don’t know what’s being ordered in front of me, but this is a drive through coffee, it shouldn’t take this long. I go to Starbucks plenty of times at all other locations non as slow and rude as this have seen several cars turn away!

The guy at the drive thru window has a HORRIBLE attitude. He was EXTREMELY rude to my mom and was just trying to get us out and they weren’t even busy! I never leave reviews because it’s a drag but I had to with this one. Don’t even bother with this guy. Just go down the street to Jamacha, they’re nicer.

The guy at the drive through window was incredibly rude. I didn't catch his name but he shouldn't be working there with that demeanor. The drive through took absolutely forever and the drinks were not made well.

One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. If you come into the lobby to order a drink, it takes forever. I noticed, the drive through crowd gets top priority. I’m sitting here seeing at least 10 drinks for drive-through and I’m still waiting for my drink. Customer services, is ok, very bad energy in this store. I will never come back, stay away. Find another Starbucks.

Customer service is unacceptable here. I’ve been a team member before and have previously worked for Starbucks, clearly they did not train well on customer service. The way they treat customers and speak with them is NOT ok.
