This is the kind of place where you go in and wait and the employee(s) hiding in the back never come out so you go somewhere else because you were only going there because Albertsons was too lazy to make a sandwich again.

The service here sucks, I order through the app and they got my order wrong, even took a photo of my sandwich for proof, you can clearly see the sauce on the sandwich. since I asked for no sauce and they added sauce to my sandwich, went back the next day and the worker couldn’t help me so they told me manger is in on Monday, went Monday explained what happened and they manager had to call their district manager for approval and it got denied. Wasted money on a sandwich on Friday since I don’t eat my sandwich with sauce, and they couldn’t even remake the sandwich for their mistake! They added the Deion onion chicken teriyaki sauce when I made my order via app, I clicked no sauce, they were super rude and not helpful. I won’t be coming to this location again and will be going to another location. Can’t even compensate for their mistake, I went back and forth to this store for two days, time and money and gas wasted

I use EBT. They are not supposed to charge any sales tax or meal tax when using Calfresh. They need training in that area.

Was there last Saturday. The sandwich maker either needed coffee or a pep talk on how to greet clients and attempt to have some form of chit chat and pleasantries. Pretend you want to be there. I ended up eating in my car because I won’t put myself in places “act” like they don’t want you there. Just looking for a Hello and a thank you. The basics.

Had a horrible experience here, the cashier was so clueless and rude, I asked for a 6.99 meal deal that comes with a 6 inch sub a drink or two cookies and a drink, I asked for the two cookies with mine and he said “cookies doesn’t come with it” then I showed him the sign and corrected him then he just said “whatever”. Don’t come to this subway they just hire anyone, another worker was wearing damn pjs as his uniform. Horrible and weird!

Horrible experience. They always have a new person working there so quality varies and today I placed an online order and sent my husband to pick it up. He didn’t get a receipt and when we got home, we noticed she had made our order wrong and forgot to add the chips. He went back and she was extremely rude and did not want to admit She made a mistake so she was making it hard for him to just have the order done right. After some back-and-forth, she agreed to give him the correct order, but she told him that she would have to call her manager first then make her online orders first so he ended up waiting in the restaurant for about 30 minutes before he just couldn’t take it anymore and asked for a refund. Who does this? It’s just a sandwich. If you make a mistake, just fix it no problem. by the way, this restaurant never has cucumbers, pickles or onions so if you want that, I would just go to a different one.

I'm a black customer and neighbor down the street, I come here for my kids and the employee told me she's closed because her relief didn't come in while she was serving a white customer with the lights off. Should the employee have locked the door before I came or served me or let me be the last person then lock the door.But oh check this out she said she was supposed to be off 2 hours ago when I got there.It's like that, 155 CAMPO Rd spring valley CA
