I always try to rectify a situation before leaving a rating. Well this location is horrible. Ordered 40.00+ worth of subs all modified to our liking. Figuring the subway was open for a little more than an hour, I figured they would still be taking pride in their “artistry “. I thought wrong all the sandwiches were loaded with sauces to the point where we had to take the skimpy meat serving off and use our bread at home . Nothing like paying 40 bucks for a pound of lunch meat. It’s starts at the top , after speaking to the manager this morning. She was as non caring as the people I spoke too after receiving order last night ! Horrible food horrible service!! Spend the extra 10 or 20 and go to firehouse or penn station!

The fact that I came in as a paying customer, only to be told I couldn’t use the bathroom because its suddenly “closed from 12am-7am?” That is ridiculous. I came in around 11:45pm and should have been able to use it. Theres no reason why all of a sudden it was closed, after I payed. I’m not wandering the streets aimlessly nor did I look like I’m walking around without a penny. The fact you wont let someone literally use the bathroom is downright inhumane. God bless your soul. May He bless you for being so so kind. Also, the worker didn't even know or understand what I asked when she literally works there. Thanks for nothing. Maybe next time you should have a sign posted for the stores bathroom hours, or even ON THE BATHROOM DOOR. Cannot believe this.

I have ordered 3x from this place. All times the food has been old and soggy and tasted bad. The second time I only got half my order, and the 3rd time they got it completely wrong. Their footlong pretzel tastes like subway air and tastes nothing like a pretzel. Plus it had enough salt to cause someone a heart attack. Their cookies are old and soggy. The people who work here are incompetent or something.

My friends and I just ordered 3 sandwiches from this location and the lady that was working was very rude to us and kept making side comments. And we felt like she over charged us for our sandwiches. She charged us $60 for 3 sandwiches.
