I never write google reviews so it has to be bad if I am. lol. Please avoid this location at all costs if possible. This is my third time going within 2 months and every time the staff look and move so slow and depressed. I’ve never had a Taco Bell with as many mistakes. Tonight my Cinnabon delights were burnt to a crisp and hard as rock with absolutely no cream on the inside. My Crunchwrap supreme had almost NO meat in it. And the time before that they gave me no sauces after asking for a lot. You’re better off somewhere else

super disappointed ☹️ my husband and i ordered uber eats taco bell and they didn’t add in any sauces to the bag whatsoever. then i found that they added lettuce on all of my soft tacos when i didn’t ask for it ☹️ i tried picking the lettuce off but by the time i did my whole tortilla was soggy and cold. and now since it was through uber eats we would have to spend more money to attempt to get the right meal and cross our fingers its right this time.. i don’t have the funds to order out a second time, so it looks like i won’t be eating tonight.. thanks taco bell :(

this has happened multiple times. i would not have gotten on here to make a review if it didn’t affect us so much because we love taco bell and order it a lot. we don’t want to stop eating with yall, but we are starting to lose money because of the mistakes and starting to have no choice. i will crave taco bell, but not want to order yall bc i feel like yall aren’t going to get my order right. i will say those that work in the morning are always spot on with our orders. we get breakfast crunchwraps all the time in the mornings. we would love to continue still going here for lunch and dinner too.

Walked into the place, and they tell me that they can't serve me in the lobby, that I have to go thru the drive thru. The incompetent staff can't tell me why then the doors were open, and no signs posted as to the lobby hours. No lobby closed sign either, obviously. They can't read their own store lobby hours either, since those hours are posted on their website... I guess they can't read their own webpage.
So now I go to the dive-thru. Not only can't they get the lobby stuff right, but now they obviously can't even get a drive-thru order correct. Typical Taco Bell food, so 2 stars there. But the staff is completely incompetent and can't follow directions or get orders right. So check your order before you leave the place as they will short you items. I guess 5 tacos means 4 to them... and they can't answer any questions about why they can't get anything correct. Too much of a brain strain, I guess. Too bad I can't give zero stars...

13 July 24 this still for some reason a year later have the same excuse about the rewards, new lie called WE ARE WORKING TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WON’T REDEEM REWARDS AND WON’T LET YOU SCAN REWARDS.
Today 26 July 23-First lower you ignorant loud music so customers can order and you understand customer...second get with the program of ordering online like all other Taco Bell. The heck with this place

fernando was super slow, kept messing up our order and almost forgot to give our drinks. This location is not the best, has had many mistakes but it’s the closest to us

There were gnats in the iced tea and not one employee did anything about it, even the manager ignored the problem. Imagine what they do even we don't see it.

This Taco Bell location is by far the worst! While it is the closest location to me, I usually drive out of may to another location. As usual after having to pull over and wait for my food, with a crying baby in the backseat, they got my order wrong and the food was nasty. Part of my order was missing, another part of my order was wrong, and the part I received was nasty!! I don't understand how 90% of the time, they mess stuff up. It's frustrating and unacceptable!!!
